Today I went to add a person to my account and I felt attacked by Mrs. Beatriz with a sarcastic attitude and racism towards me and my mother. She did not want to accept the license of a Latin American country as identification nor did an electronic bill put us in too many obstacles to complete the process. 0 recommended this agency.

There is NOT a drive thru ATM here. It's a walk-up ATM located to the left of the front entrance. There is typically a short wait/line to use the ATM, but often no wait inside to work with a teller or banker.

I had a very positive experience today at this Wells-Fargo branch! I arrived on a Friday, just a bit before the walk-in hours ended, and there was a line. But I noticed the two tellers were friendly and upbeat in working with the waiting clients. When it was my turn it was close to 5pm. I was helped by Angela, who was still smiling, and who apologized for the less than 10 minute wait. I had a rather time-consuming transaction, and I know I would not have been thrilled if I was the teller having this show up at closing time. But Angela not only showed no hint of irritation, but instead was quite personable and cheerful. She was also quite helpful and efficient. Her demeanor was contagious. I left feeling happy, and grateful for such a good example of how I should treat others.
Now, a few further notes: (1) This branch is apparently being renovated and the tellers' area was barren, which one might expect to be stressful for the employees, but if they were stressed, it didn't show. (2) The other teller seemed equally good, efficient but at the same time friendly with the clients. She and Angela apparently know their regular clients, and greet them by name. At one point Angela gave a quick "hi" to a client the other teller was helping.

Ernesto is the best! The experience at the bank is totally different when you are served by a friendly person who likes his job and knows how to do it well.

Unhelpful staff. Always have an excuse why they can't do something. Always have to make an appointment even if it is completely empty.

What a Bank!Long ago during the COVID I ran into debt creating issues with my account. Wells Fargo charged me in total 109 fees of $35 for the times that transaction we’re trying to hit my account.After several attempts to deal with the bank they got my account overdraft for $850 and closed my account.Now I came to the bank and to paid for that overdraft so I will be able to open a bank account in any other financial institution since they reported me to the Chex System creating a whole Caos financially.After I paid the overdraft they open an account tor me and 4 days later the bank called me closing my new account because of the issue back on 2019; they hold my founds even though I deposited in cash; I came to the branch and I have to deal with an agent who was somewhat arrogant but to release my $10000. 00 on that account.I have to come out of my normal stage and get a a little bit angry about o then just because they want it to send me a check with my founds by mail when that process takes about a month.And in top of that they charged me for the withdrawal of the founds.It’s just a clear way to ripped customers money.I definitely encourage you to stay away from this thief financial institution.If you don’t want to be ripped by them you better Bank With any other one.Your money is valuable to o be loose that easy

I walked in about 15 minutes before closing time and was helped right away by Sebastian. He was unhurried, and remarkably patient and helpful. I'm sure he wanted to leave for the day, but if so his demeanor never showed it. He provided a really pleasant end to my somewhat challenging day.

Very dissatisfied with the service. The staff member is unprofessional. Twice I went in to make transfers and they didn't know how. 2 times I did it at home from my account myself.
