What a Bank!Long ago during the COVID I ran into debt creating issues with my account. Wells Fargo charged me in total 109 fees of $35 for the times that transaction we’re trying to hit my account.After several attempts to deal with the bank they got my account overdraft for $850 and closed my account.Now I came to the bank and to paid for that overdraft so I will be able to open a bank account in any other financial institution since they reported me to the Chex System creating a whole Caos financially.After I paid the overdraft they open an account tor me and 4 days later the bank called me closing my new account because of the issue back on 2019; they hold my founds even though I deposited in cash; I came to the branch and I have to deal with an agent who was somewhat arrogant but to release my $10000. 00 on that account.I have to come out of my normal stage and get a a little bit angry about o then just because they want it to send me a check with my founds by mail when that process takes about a month.And in top of that they charged me for the withdrawal of the founds.It’s just a clear way to ripped customers money.I definitely encourage you to stay away from this thief financial institution.If you don’t want to be ripped by them you better Bank With any other one.Your money is valuable to o be loose that easy

I walked in about 15 minutes before closing time and was helped right away by Sebastian. He was unhurried, and remarkably patient and helpful. I'm sure he wanted to leave for the day, but if so his demeanor never showed it. He provided a really pleasant end to my somewhat challenging day.

Very dissatisfied with the service. The staff member is unprofessional. Twice I went in to make transfers and they didn't know how. 2 times I did it at home from my account myself.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The banker I dealt with, Ignacio was very professional and extremely helpful. Even went out of his way to get replacement forms when I made a mistake on one of them. Superb customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Not open on days listed to be open. Hooligans in the parking lot. Being charged a monthly fee for being 24 or under when in fact I am older and shouldn’t have been charged at all. Looking into the matter with an attorney to get back the funds taken

Not open is the first problem second issue they charge 10$ for a cashier's check seems excessive. Have to make a appointment to go inside which is inconvenient

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through...decided to leave and just go to an ATM machine. Repeatedly pushed on the call button to have the teller give me back my documents but nobody would reply, forcing me to stay there another 5 mins. Finally got someone's attention and got my deposit documents back and went to the ATM.

These 0eople in this bank are not good people for they would not allow me to make a cash deposit for my lady and sccused me of money laundering. They are not as good as other banks and I am asgamed and disapointed that there are people like these that just dont care of their customers.
