This staff at this branch is extremely unprofessional . No sign in system and a waiting room full with clients . They ask you if you have an appointment and if you don’t they will tell you can’t be seen. Was there for an emergency and was told I couldn’t be attended.

In this headquarters the empty chairs are called the ghost place, it is impressive, no one knows anything, it is important to train the employees, the customer service is terrible, they do not know the products, services and there is never any staff, they are always on vacation or sick, please solve it or close it, respect time and customers

Extremely slow, I suggest you go somewhere else to save your time, the employees were just living care free. I don’t need to wait 1 hour for a drive through when no one is here

Pretty bad , they have lost my deposits here twice. Today got pushed aside to kill the line due to them not having enough windows after the remodel. The priorities here are a little skewed. If you lose money you dont make someone wait for your mistake u solve it immediately.

Don't want to be too critical because I've mostly had positive experiences at this location since it became a Wells Fargo branch many years ago. Today was different. Only two in-store customers, including myself, but the people in front of me had an involved issue. With only one teller to service the in-store customers, I waited and waited and waited. Finally, the drive-thru teller tells me she's seen me waiting for a while -- probably because there were no cars in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes -- and asks me to come to her window. During my interaction with her, she told me 2-3 times that she was the drive-thru teller as if she was doing me a favor by assisting me. There's almost always two sides to a story and maybe it was just a simple matter of miscommunication, but the experience wasn't a very good one.

Wells Fargo keep living to their ill gained reputation, not only they were convicted of cheating their own clients, now they refuse to honor their own check unless I open an account with them, I even spoke with a manager, a bald incompetent guy, without luck. Avoid this bank like the plage for your own sanity

A nice little review to start off 2024! My closest bank to me is this location, and while it has some real nice aspects of it, let's get the not so good stuff out of the way. The parking is absolutely horrible and gets confusing. There is one part that is a one way and then a couple that aren't but they can get confusing real darn quick! I've also had a couple people just sitting in the parking lot that were odd so I've left and come back another time, I think they should definitely try to get their security to do something about it. The benefits of this location are plenty at least! I do like how they have more than one ATM outside and that it is right next to the windows, so you are always in view of someone here during the daytime! Their staff is also super friendly and everytime in here, I feel welcomed which is good because all of my money is stored with this company! Overall a good bank with friendly tellers! They also have an ample amount of drive thru spots to use if you need to talk to someone while you're on the go!

I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo since 2011 and everything about this bank just keeps getting worse. This branch in particular is .3 miles from my house but the hassle every single time I try to do anything far outweighs the convenient location. One teller, one working ATM… nothing allows for a “quick trip to the bank”. Changing financial institutions is such a hassle these days with everything on autopay but I’m going to have to bite the bullet and find another bank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The worst branch ever went in to make a withdrawal, and they judged me by the color of my skin... and wouldn’t let me make a withdrawal, and I work very hard for my money... and I made a withdrawal earlier at another branch with no issues. The manager is very rude, and staff need to be replaced with better people.
