Wells Fargo keep living to their ill gained reputation, not only they were convicted of cheating their own clients, now they refuse to honor their own check unless I open an account with them, I even spoke with a manager, a bald incompetent guy, without luck. Avoid this bank like the plage for your own sanity

A nice little review to start off 2024! My closest bank to me is this location, and while it has some real nice aspects of it, let's get the not so good stuff out of the way. The parking is absolutely horrible and gets confusing. There is one part that is a one way and then a couple that aren't but they can get confusing real darn quick! I've also had a couple people just sitting in the parking lot that were odd so I've left and come back another time, I think they should definitely try to get their security to do something about it. The benefits of this location are plenty at least! I do like how they have more than one ATM outside and that it is right next to the windows, so you are always in view of someone here during the daytime! Their staff is also super friendly and everytime in here, I feel welcomed which is good because all of my money is stored with this company! Overall a good bank with friendly tellers! They also have an ample amount of drive thru spots to use if you need to talk to someone while you're on the go!

I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo since 2011 and everything about this bank just keeps getting worse. This branch in particular is .3 miles from my house but the hassle every single time I try to do anything far outweighs the convenient location. One teller, one working ATM… nothing allows for a “quick trip to the bank”. Changing financial institutions is such a hassle these days with everything on autopay but I’m going to have to bite the bullet and find another bank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The worst branch ever went in to make a withdrawal, and they judged me by the color of my skin... and wouldn’t let me make a withdrawal, and I work very hard for my money... and I made a withdrawal earlier at another branch with no issues. The manager is very rude, and staff need to be replaced with better people.

Wells Fargo has forgotten what customer service is all about. Been a customer for over 15 years. Need to close out an account got to make an appointment really tried over 15 hours to do it over the phone with customer service every time you mention the word clothes you get hung up on do yourself a favor avoid Wells Fargo Bank, like the plague.

I've been a business owner for 40+ yrs and have dealt with and continue to deal with many banks. The people/employees are what make a good or bad bank. This location of WF has the best, most professional people I've ever dealt with.. They've always called me by my name and when I couldn't get there were a phone call away from a problem solved. Most of all, they have the best Manager you could ever imagine, Jhoan. She's an amazing leader, bank associate but from day one she will become your friend. Love her. Ask yourself how many of your bankers not only know your bank business but ask about your wife, kids and grandkids. Believe me, it makes a difference.

Dropped in to finalise some paperwork. Was able to see a banker in record time. Spoke with Miguel Romero who was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Ask for Miguel Romero at this branch.

Worst bank ever I went there kendell say he can’t help me without a card but Everytime I go to Wells Fargo all they ask for is for my ID he wasn’t nice at all it’s like he didn’t want to help us his service was terrible ?

Worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. With 5 drive thru lanes open it took me over an hour to get service in the drive thru lanes. This Wells Fargo is poorly managed. Very inconvenient.
