Missing a whole 10 piece wings from a delivery and couldn't give them to me if I were to go pick them up myself. Tod me I had to wait till next day, meaning they didn't even make them. I usually order from the one from Davie but they were closed, should've read the reviews on this place first warning me.

My wings and fries were really good. There was a little bit of a wait to get my food. But I did request extra crispy wings. Anyone that want cooking or helping a customer was cleaning.

Beware wait time is at least1 hour after your online order says is ready. I know estimate time is not accurate this is bad business. I DONT BLAME THE STAFF, ITS THE COMPANIES FAULT FOR NOT HAVING ENOUGH STAFF.

When you place an order save your time and leave an hour and a half after your order is placed. I just don’t understand how a regional manager hasn’t come by this store and bring this to their attention. Wingstop is decent wings for the price but it is not also cheap. Can’t wait till the open the PDQ on nob hill will never return here again because they are dedicated to quality !

I would like to start by saying that I have been going to the Plantation Wingstop location on Sunrise Blvd. for many years. I've always liked their wings/fries/ranch over the competitors. I've never had a problem with the staff, I usually dine in when I go and the 14 minute wing orders they boasted about were always great. =) I was in the restaurant business for 15 years at several chain restaurants, so I am aware of what's going on, but understand situations can occur during a shift as well.Over the past 8 or so months I have been disappointed each time I have eaten in the restaurant. Twice- both of their bathrooms were out of service and once I found myself walking to Ross to use their restrooms after I had already placed my order to dine in. Another visit the bathroom floor flooded into the hallway and dining area and after I alerted the staff, they weren't very concerned about fixing it until a while after I reported the problem. A month ago I stood behind 4 customers to order and when I got to the counter, the girl said it'll be over an hour after I told her we were dining in...so we left. Tonight's visit confirmed the fact that some of the staff and the restaurant need to address some problems. It was a 5:40pm dine in experience and for the 30 minute wait for food to dine in, I was surprised when it took 15 minutes for my order. I was excited and thought the restaurant was on it's way back to the way I remember. Well, not long after we got our food I noticed that the front staff member had her cellphone ear piece with power cord on her ear during most transactions and was in conversation with the staff the rest of the time. It started to become a busy Friday night with a lot of to go and Door Dash orders. She hardly made eye contact with anyone and tossed bags on the counter to have people check their order. But I will tell you that she didn't forget to tell anyone about the link at the bottom of the receipt to get free fries with a good review. In addition to her, the entire dining room floor became so slippery during our visit that I found myself telling each customer walking to the soda machine, dining room and bathroom to be very careful as they walked by me where I was sitting at the first table eating. I suggested maybe turning the air down since the restaurant felt warm and humid causing the floor problem. To which I got a response "I can't do that". At least they did put out a small pop up caution sign. Against my better judgement I continue to return because my son and I love their food and it's always been a fun time out for us. Ugh! I want them to do better. I want to keep going there, but I'm feeling really frustrated.

Online orders are never ready when they tell you. The app will tell you a certain time, you arrive at the restaurant, and then spend at least another 20 minutes waiting. Go spend your money at any of the local wing places or order out from them.This Wingstop is another one of those restaurants that has no problem wasting your time.

Service has really degraded here! In this economy nowadays when things are so hard to come by when we the consumers spend our hard earned money, especially on food we expect quality!! I ordered 10 wings classic along with the corn, paid almost $20 and it was a total WASTE!!!!. The corn was fried so krisp, I was unable to eat them they were all burnt as well!!! As to the wings, I told them fry soft due to my braces, they were all fried hard as well and all drums which I didn’t ask for!!! The seasoning was so HEAVY on them could barely eat, I had to brush it off before eating!! I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND RATHER DISGUSTED AS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER!!!! I would NEVA spend not even a dollar in this place again!!

They were super quick and customer service was great! Very polite, and a pleasant experience. I love wingstop but never really enjoyed the level of service, but this location is different! Thank you guys. Will be returning!

The city need to be called on this location. I hope the owner of this franchise see this review and terminate whoever was working the shift tonight. It’s not the first I’m having an issue with this location, and the reason why I kept going back is because I live near by. If you are looking to get food here and you google this spot, and happened to see the bad reviews believe them. The bad out weighs the good. my order was messed up tonight , everything that I ordered was not in my bag and when I told them I didn’t get everything, they gave it to me ,and when I got home the fries was raw it was done properly , the corn was off cook with a part of it ice cold and the wings was raw.A week ago I went there they charged for a meal , but they had no drink ,the fountain was giving unsweetened drinks only, every one that purchased or picked up their order they were giving them bottles of water for their drink. So I told them I need my money back because I ordered a meal not just wings. What they did was have another worker put ice and clean the fountain in order for customers to get their drinks because everyone wanted back their money at this point. They are lazy, and for from cleanliness, poor customer service and the food is a hit or miss.
