5-Star Review for Zales at Broward Mall
Just before COVID, I purchased a beautiful Vera Wang engagement ring from Zales, Yonkers along with a protection plan. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt Regrettably, I misplaced the receipt and the accompanying documents that came with the ring, and I completely forgot about the plan altogether.
Recently, while visiting the Zales store at Broward Mall, I saw another customer getting her jewelry cleaned, and it jogged my memory about the protection plan I had purchased. I decided to ask for help—and I’m so glad I did!
The store clerks were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to look up my information and were able to locate the details of my original purchase. Thanks to their assistance, I can now finally have my ring resized and cleaned under the protection plan.
I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and genuine care. This experience reminded me why I chose Zales in the first place. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer support!

Maryann sold me my first ring 14 years ago and she’s still exceptional at what she does and then Mike comes along and helped me to upgrade my wedding rings and the service was amazing. These two gives excellent service and advice on the products. Service is more than 5 stars

This store reminds me of home, there’s no place like home filled with great people, people person and very welcoming and helpful. I came in for an inspection and cleaning Maryann and Mike are the best. We need more people like them when it comes to business.
