“Today I went into O’Reillys store 4792 on Pleasant Hill Road in Ponciana. I had just finished going to the AutoZone and no one from there offered to help me. When I walked into O’Reillys, I was greeted by Carlos. I explained to Carlos that my request was a longshot, but I was hoping that he could help me out. I needed a wheel ball bearing for my 30 foot utility trailer. Carlos assured me that he would be able to help me out. I had a sample of my broken bearing. Carlos grabbed it and pulled out a small little box with a measuring tool. He measured the inner circumference, the outer bearing canister and the thickness of it. He put these details into his computer and was able to find The part that I needed. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Carlos called around to a few other stores and found the item that I needed. I was able to pay for it right there and drive to the other store and pick it up. I installed the part and thanks to Carlos My truck and trailer are back on the road. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need. To showcase Carlos Martinez today. This young man went above and beyond to please a customer. That had no hopes of finding this part. Carlos Brother thank you so much for being a true professional. And taking your job serious. His manager is very lucky to have him as an employee.”

These people were a pleasure to talk with, quickly answering ALL of my questions. One of the reps there (Ryan) .... I actually allowed him to convince me into another alternate cap color, (black) which I ultimately ended up liking WAY more than what I had planned! “So I spent all day calling junk yards this was the only place that had the right engine from my truck I drove 2 hours that morning I read all the comments and it spooked me big time but I went for it I get there the owner helped me stopped what he was doing to pull a motor out of the truck for me after we got it started and running it was a totally great experience the people were cool I think all these comments are just it's all about decisions you chose to buy the motor you should investigated more you should have made sure it ran before you bought it it's just common sense I have zero complaints pretty cool place”

I recently visited the AutoZone on Marigold in Poinciana for some coolant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism at this location.
From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by Dilenny, who immediately offered her assistance. It is rare to find such proactive service in retail today, and her energy set a great tone for the visit.
The checkout process was just as efficient; Dilenny was attentive and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed before completing the transaction.
From a customer service standpoint, she is an asset to this team. The only minor suggestion for an even higher level of consultative selling would be a quick follow-up question regarding why the antifreeze was needed (to check for leaks or specific vehicle compatibility), but overall, the experience was seamless.
This location is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is top-notch. Highly recommended!”
