“Today I went into O’Reillys store 4792 on Pleasant Hill Road in Ponciana. I had just finished going to the AutoZone and no one from there offered to help me. When I walked into O’Reillys, I was greeted by Carlos. I explained to Carlos that my request was a longshot, but I was hoping that he could help me out. I needed a wheel ball bearing for my 30 foot utility trailer. Carlos assured me that he would be able to help me out. I had a sample of my broken bearing. Carlos grabbed it and pulled out a small little box with a measuring tool. He measured the inner circumference, the outer bearing canister and the thickness of it. He put these details into his computer and was able to find The part that I needed. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Carlos called around to a few other stores and found the item that I needed. I was able to pay for it right there and drive to the other store and pick it up. I installed the part and thanks to Carlos My truck and trailer are back on the road. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need. To showcase Carlos Martinez today. This young man went above and beyond to please a customer. That had no hopes of finding this part. Carlos Brother thank you so much for being a true professional. And taking your job serious. His manager is very lucky to have him as an employee.”

“I was very stressed out in deciding who to go to for a camper cap. Was very happy to research/find out about this place. These people were a pleasure to talk with, quickly answering ALL of my questions. One of the reps there (Ryan) .... I actually allowed him to convince me into another alternate cap color, (black) which I ultimately ended up liking WAY more than what I had planned! Installation was arranged (by appointment) and went off without a hitch. Your customer service is first-rate. Looking forward to having you folks install my rooftop tent when it arrives. “Very good and very helpful had lots of car parts and the guys in the yard were very helpful but the only thing that was kind of weird was when I was working on an S10 trying to take the intake off I broke one of the bolts so I went to another s10 to see if they had an intake on it and one of the workers was taking a poop next to the S10 I was getting ready to work on I guess if you got to go you got to go. Honestly I would recommend just going to Osceola Auto salvage the guys in the office are great the guys in the yard are very helpful and nice except one time I got into it with a big Hispanic guy that works out back he likes to just sit in his chair and point most of the time when I come he's either sleeping or sitting in the chair he's pretty much the only guy thats not very helpful the scrap metal prices are the highest you will find in any scrap yard in Central Florida I usually come three to four times a week and bring scrap metal.”

I recently visited the AutoZone on Marigold in Poinciana for some coolant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism at this location.
From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by Dilenny, who immediately offered her assistance. It is rare to find such proactive service in retail today, and her energy set a great tone for the visit.
The checkout process was just as efficient; Dilenny was attentive and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed before completing the transaction.
From a customer service standpoint, she is an asset to this team. The only minor suggestion for an even higher level of consultative selling would be a quick follow-up question regarding why the antifreeze was needed (to check for leaks or specific vehicle compatibility), but overall, the experience was seamless.
This location is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is top-notch. Highly recommended!”
