Felix and Prudencio came to the rescue! My car had a bad battery. They were able to help change out the battery with professionalism and kindness. They both were respectful and fast! Very disappointed buying from here. Very upset with the service the sales representative Jesus offered at this location. Overall… Pathetic… I mean it’s Kissimmee… what do you expect from the quality of this place? Terrible. Pretty bad 👎🏽👎🏽

I had an outstanding experience at the Poinciana AutoZone thanks to Dilenny at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me with a battery and alternator issue, and even offered me a discount—something she didn’t have to do, but did out of genuine care for the customer. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Dilenny’s exceptional customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

Staff is decent here, they can be more welcoming and professional. Some of them behave like they don’t even wanna work there and my most recent terrible experience with agent Jesus was terrible. Pretty bad.
