All the bad reviews made me scared but as soon as I walked in workers were nice , welcoming no attitude at all unlike all other places here in Kissimmee area, appointment was at 10:45 left at 11:30 . I had 3 labs done , the phlebotomist was amazing I passed out and another worker came to rush in with water and ice pack to help . They were so understanding, so nurturing and very nice I’m so relieved as I always go thru these fainting spells alone . They talked me thru it and definitely took that fear away . Thank you so much I will return again !

They suppose to take care the patient like a person. My son has an appointment with them and they treat him like a piece of garbage.

HORRIBLE PLACE, all the ladies are super disrespectful. Don’t know how to treat others with respect. There is always an issue when I come here. I don’t understand how people like this can get hired anywhere.

I give LabCorp at this location in Kissimmee 34759 5 stars because every time I’ve gone there I was seen on time treated fairly. I was so afraid when I saw the Reviews it was not looking good at all. But I went for myself twice and I thank God I had very good experience.

Most of the staff don't know how to deal with people, especially with kids. My daughter 4 years of age has autism and adhd which I explained to the staff yet they showed no compassion or empathy and were very insensitive. The lab tech called for backup because my daughter was very scared of the needles even the backup showed no compassion and displayed attitude towards my daughter and I. I was very disappointed with the service we got today.

Super slow service. With and without an appointment you're easily waiting to be serviced for 1-2hours. Terrible!!!!

Second time bringing my disabled father here. Won’t come here again. Each time we made an appointment and were not seen until 1.5 hour later. Multiple people complained about the same issue. Absolutely ridiculous.

Make sure you make appointment if you do walk in my they will only call appointments and make you wait more than 3 hrs. Other than that the staff was nice.
