i was stressed because my phone was not charging. The gentleman spent as much time as needed to diagnose the problem. I learned some helpful things from him regarding care of my phone. The box which is part of the charging system wore out. I really appreciated his help. Thank you.

They don't know what compassion to is, their customer service is horrible and the manager is a piece of you know what...picking on young women with mental condition is very embarrasing to know there is ignorant people like that who does not understand that some people is less fortunate than others

Just received new phone. Could not figure phone out. Kept coming back to this location asked ng for help. On Sunday I met Angelo who was amazing and super helpful and helped me with several apps and creating new passwords. I have been with this Metro store for as long as this has been opened and have never had this much help as Angelo has given me. him. Thank you Angelo from a customer who is not very phone smart and has been a customer for a very long time.

Worst Customer Service I have experienced they take advantage that this is the only Store in the area. They make offers that do not exist and your phone bill gets higher in order for your bill to go down they disconnect your line and make you pay an activation fee for less internet or phone service. Stay away drive to Haines city or another location or order online,

You don't provide excellent service you have excuses. I've been with you for 10 years. I definitely know what I'm talking about and if I don't that's what customer support, the Internet and experience is for. There isn't a reason to complain anymore. I have to invest my money in a better service. I pay for 10 G and don't even use 1 because the WiFi takes over. My new experiment has been to use all the data I pay for, then relay on my home service wifi. It's intentional, not weather or even where I live. My phone doesn't have service at all when I'm not using my wi-fi I pay separately for.
