I usually have good interaction with Publix employees, such as cashiers and stocking staffs. My problem is with the pastry/bakery lady. This is my 3rd time ordering a custom birthday for my son from a Publix (previous two times at different location) Usually I just go to the pastry counter and ask if I can order a birthday cake and proceed to let them know what I would like. I wanted fruits with my carrot cake and the lady flat out says 'NO. We don't do that'. I was VERY surprised. I've done this twice before with Publix. She said it's too heavy. Then I asked what can she design on top of the cake, she said only ballon or flowers. I asked if it's ok to put fruits on top since she said no to in between. She said no. Through this whole thing, not one smile. I still placed the order but called back to cancel the next day because I've called one of the Orlando's Publix and they can make it how I wanted it.

This is only about Ice Cream. I've been told to never look a gift horse in the mouth. I've also been told to never say anything bad about something if you can't say something nice. Obviously I haven't paid attention when it comes to some of the flavors Publix let's into their ice cream cases. So keeping with what I've been told the packaging is very attractive. The Peach Ice Cream is horrible. It tastes like Milk of Magnesia. It has a few flecks of tasteless flesh like substances that are far removed from whatever they came from. To be safe stick to the basic flavors which are for the most part pretty good, but watch out for the off the wall flavors like this abomination called Peach Ice Cream.

It takes a week to get prescriptions filled unless you go in person. They never answer the phone.

I work up north for another supermarket chain and I only wish that we had the service and dinner options that the lucky Floridians have at Publix.

You call for a refill and they hang on you after over 10 min on hold. Then you call back and noone answers. I loved Publix but lately the customer service in this place is unacceptable.

Publix Super Market at The Promenade is the worst! The deli messes up my order every time! And I mean every time! I went 2 years without buying from this store and stupid me figured I will give them one more chance. Behold! they f#cked it up again. Worthless morons!

I have always dealt with a Publix Pharmacy in my home town and they were amazing. They would call be Dr if needed and take care of any insurance issues that might come up. This pharmacy doesn't do anything. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to get my medicine. The other day they gave my husband someone elses medication, luckily we noticed and took it back. That could have been a serious problem. They need to pay attention to what they are doing.

Here today for appt second dose of vaccine. After 14 days will be able to travel & see family. There are risk at not taking the vaccine but possibly more risk by not taking the vaccine. Was told this second dose has a bigger punch then the first. It's up to each person what they decide, either way be careful.

Let me just start by saying, ZERO STARS if it was an option would be the amount of stars they get from me. The pharmacy is EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED and the staff is not knowledgeable of their jobs. And they seem to be fully staffed yet unable to fulfill basic pharmacy duties in a timely manner. I dropped off two prescriptions yesterday MORNING. MORNING. Asked if they had the medications in stock, the tech said yes. I go back at 6PM, no prescription is ready. AT THAT TIME, they were asked AGAIN if they had the meds in stock. Same woman, she said yes. I go back this AFTERNOON, only one of the medications is filled, (after I waited in line for 15 minutes because ONE PERSON MANNED THE REGISTER WITH A LINE FILLED WITH PEOPLE). The BLOOD PRESSURE Med that treats preeclampsia is not available until tomorrow when I’m no longer in this area. So now, I have to risk having a seizure from my blood pressure being high because publix pharmacy can’t seem to tell people that they won’t have the medication that was sent in the day before. You had a day and a half to get this prescription done or inform me of the lack of supply and yet I had to wait in three lines at separate times on separate days to be told I will have to wait another probably three days to receive my medication since I work 13-16 hour shifts and work the next three days. I would say I could hold this pharmacy liable for any medical issues that should arise from this experience since I asked on numerous occasions if the medication was in stock. It’s truly not hard to check an inventory count at a pharmacy. I work in healthcare and dispense medication myself, the inventory list is EASY TO CHECK.

Extremely slow Deli area!! The department managers need to focus on how to speed up lines for customer satisfaction! I waited 20 min in line for a sub and there was no chicken tenders available. This is a very busy Publix, so why not prepare for the rush? Other than the deli department, everything is very clean, very organized and the workers are super helpful!
