Make sure you have your appointment number. And your driver's license usually takes around two hours to get unloaded

I arrived at 5:30 am for an appointment at 6:30 am I registered. At 6:24 they called me hard. Door and at 7:20 am I was already leaving. For the bad comments, I think it went very well. 👍

1.Cant do early delivery!!!
2.Checking process at the gate slowest plus massive lane of drivers waiting to check in. Should be 2 people doing the procedure at the window.
3.Unloading process they take their sweet time… i only were delivering 19 dishwasher machine super lightweight.
4. If u r a driver paid by hours u welcome. Bring a pilo!
5. I wish a can give 0 start or minus 0.

Very quick unloading no overnight parking there is a few parking in front of the guard shock good luck if you can get one

Couple of things regarding the customer service at this warehouse.
1. You check in the front office and are told to go around to pick up. We waited 20mins while two workers sat by the pick up area. Knocked twice and by the second knock they came over and asked if we went to the front. Front and back of house need better communication. Ending up waiting 40mins to do a pick up that should have been ready since Dec 1.
2. The telephone number does not work for the warehouse. What is the point of having it available to call if it doesn't work.
3. Customer service especially during the holiday in this climate makes the difference of whether the consumer will shop at best buy again.
I will be writing reviews throughout social media to ensure that this experience is documented and addressed. Do better.

Arrived at 5 am and check-in at 7 am. At 6:40 am I left at 8 am. There is a parking lot in front of the security guard's booth, park and go to the guard. a lot of bad reviews thought it would be worse.

Appointment 26/09/2024 8am but closed due to the storm checked in next day morning and delivery appointment changed 2 weeks later to 08/10/2024

Very bad people at this location, been sitting here since Monday October 23, 2024 today is Friday October 27, 2024 and I am still sitting here, mind I'm only trying ti deliver 2 pallets.

Security guard needs to be fired. He has a serious attitude problem. Ive been standing in line for about 40 mins and he had an attitude with every driver at one point he flung his chair against the wall, then reached back for it and said got damit when he noticed he broke the chair. He rolled his broken chair towards the back and got a new one. Serious issues....
Expect to spend 30+ mins in line and have ur i.d or he may tackle you

Fast loading and unloading just don’t be late your appointment or they will refuse to unload you also have your appointment number and correct BOL..🤨

You can arrive on time but if you have a long line to check in,you arrive late according to the security,then you have to make other appointment.
Worse place to unload the answer is that they don’t have space…
If you came to unload on Fridays be ready to spend the whole weekend here.

Horrible place where trucks go in and out of all night long shining their lights in the neighbors windows and yelling and screaming at each other as well as banging and pounding all hours of the night with no regard to the young families living nearby. We have been to the office and spoken to management... But you know how that goes. These people built this facility with all kinds of promises of noise barriers and so on but never held their end of the bargain.Nothing but nuisance and annoyance ever since they moved in to the neighborhood.We are currently seeking legal council in reference to the ordinance violations existing to date.Video, pictures and dozens of complaints should at least get us in front of the judge. We all look forward to that day.
