From the very begining to the very end...Pack Rat made my move from Virginia To Florida as stress free as I could imagine.
They stayed in co start contact and updated often.
They were very flexible with container drop off on day one...rescheduled the delivery to accommodate my needs.
Delivery here in Florida was right on time and perfect
I would highly recommend Pack Rat for any move you may be needing...either lo sl or lo g distance such as myself.

Poor customer service. My container was delivered, removed the same day without any notice.
Re-delivered 2 days later. Had ONLY 4 hours to pack my boxes. Never... Never... Never again. WORST EVER moving service.

The price was very competitive and the driver was terrific. Stacey S arrived exactly on time, discussed the positioning of the container, made a great suggestion, and put the container in the best spot. (A spot that Packrat’s competitor said could not be used.) All with a smile and very professional manner.
