I was there in the evening with my mother, I asked the lady to open the fridge with beer (which is locked), the saleswoman was very unpleasant and stated that the key was broken, she did not show any desire or interest in helping. I asked if she could get me a beer from the back and she replied unpleasantly that she does not do that. Unpleasant service on her part and simply laziness to help the customer

Why is this location ALWAYS closed at night??? There are a couple of nice employees, that's why I'm giving two stars. But most of them don't even speak to you. Went there tonight around 2:45am, and again, closed. It sucks, because this is the closest location to my house.

This the worst 7- eleven ever might as well close it down. All the good employees no longer works there. I don’t understand if it 24hours why the doors always lock at night this is an everyday thing for overnight shift doors always locked that’s crazy just close the store at 10 if that’s the case. They got lazy employees always giving out attitude store always dirty. Never coming back to this place

They don't accept coupons of any kind. The tobacco company sends me paper and digital coupons and I can't use them in that store although the digital coupons have them in their directory.

I'd give this place a zero Stars considering but it won't let me. Place is hardly open at night due to laziness. Either hire people who will work the shift or close down for good. This has been going on for YEARS

This store honestly needs a change in management, the place is usually dirty and the staff unfriendly. I can honestly understand why there are less and less 7-11's around the area when they all end up like this.

Worst 711. I've ever been to I walk in the door the New Girl is arguing with some lady about the lottery machine that she didn't know how to use so I wasn't paying attention when she gave me. My change was $10 short went back. Asked to count the drawer they keep giving me a run around. Not wanting to give me my $10 back. I gave them the transaction number. All the information it's been 2 days now. And they keep saying oh call back tomorrow. Call back tomorrow call back tomorrow Homeless people standing all around the building outside smells like pee and inside was pretty dirty ? drive to the next one this one is not worth it I promise you..........
Update still never received my money back and now they want me to waste more time going to another website NO I won't I have lost 10 bucks drove 1 hr from my house and back to the store already I wasted enough time with this the store has my contact info get it from them will never shop at this location again Thanks have a nice day and looks like from your reviews of this location I'm not the only one with a problem at this store ? ? ? ? think 711 needs to look into it hmmmmm instead of giving a robot response to everyone of the reviews

How is it your whole entire soft drink a selection is out of stock. I went in there and tired every drink they had on the soda machine and every a Giles one was disgusting. The response I get when I notify the cashier was they she will check on it.

Worse customer service in all 7-eleven stores I've been to in the States! Short black bald old man refused to see me cigarettes while I showed him an photo ID of my country with my DOB on it. He said I must have a United States ID! So none Americans can't buy cigarettes in this country? It's a shame some people are uneducated especially about the law and have a responsibility to serve customers.
