I was verbally threatened and confronted aggressively by an individual at this 7-Eleven, and by the grace of God, it did not escalate. Management helped me settle the aggressor down, and the manager ultimately trespassed the individual.

Would be great if I could get a fresh cup of coffee in the mornings here. The milk has been out for two weeks at least and the coffee always tastes like it doesn't get changed daily and I'm drinking old coffee from the previous day. How hard is it to prioritize fresh coffee for people in the morning?

I typically pay for gas at the pump, but I had cash on hand and decided to use it to fill up my car. There was a Haitian lady and Latin fellow, who were cashiers, having a conversation as I waited. They were swearing and saying the "n" word as if the store was empty. I became annoyed, and I guess it showed on my face. Then she said, "I got ya," while waving me forward. I will stick to paying at the pump.

Seems like a dangerous area the cashier states you down and make you put bags at a door. Very dirty store. Nothing was stocked.

I eat 7 eleven everyday for breakfast and just moved in this neighborhood. For the past 2 weeks the 2 hatian girls have been so rude to me, other customers and even their co workers. Who is running this place? You have lost an everyday customer

I’ve been using the 7-Eleven app for a while now, and I really appreciate the convenience of getting my orders delivered straight to my door. The app often has great promotions, which makes it even more appealing. Plus, I love that you can accumulate points with every purchase.
However, despite accumulating quite a few points, I haven’t been able to redeem them yet. It’s a bit frustrating, and it feels like the point system could use some improvement. Other than that, my overall experience has been good—the delivery is reliable, and the products are always as expected.

The lady that works over nights, the fat lady, she is so rude, doesn't speak English, and refuses to do anything. She tried to put her finger in front of the scanner when you buy tobacco products so it doesn't scan, she refuses to put a pizza or a sandwich in the hot oven, she won't do cash back, this lady is elementary school educated at best and she can't handle putting a pizza in the oven, a sandwich in the press, of simply scan someone's ID to purchase a tobacco product. This lady needs to be fired asap. She's extremely lazy.

Not even close to 24 hours. They close so early a lot of times before midnight and. The cashier will look at you with the doors locked and walk away so they don't have to do their job. Ridiculous

The store is a mess. Disorganized & dirty. But when you're in a hurry, you overlook it & be on your way. More annoying than that was the incorrect pricing tags. Not one, but two of the five items I purchased had old/incorrect pricing. One of the tags was a 2/$4 deal. When I questioned it, she went & removed the tag & said sorry that was from 2023. That was a full month ago now. No offer to honor the pricing. Then a bag of nuts marked at $0.79 turned out to be $2.99. Small amount of money? Yes. So I bought the items & lived with it, but this is also a reflection of the disarray & mismanagement of this store. Won't be back for sure.

#LIVID....I went to pick up a DoorDash around 12:30a 1/29 and the door was locked. I called the store twice, once from the DoorDash app and once directly from my cell. I could hear the phone ringing both times. After about 5mins when the clerk did appear she had no sense of urgency just looked at me and didn't open the door. I showed her my phone screen and told her I was there to pick up a DoorDash and she was nonverbal, just threw up a hand gesture and walked away. Another customer walks up and I explain the door is locked and I have no idea what's going on. After about 5mins she returns with the DoorDash order and when she opens the door I tell her she needs a sign to let customers know what's going on and better customer service and her response was "yes." The other customer says they need gas and she said "we're closed and closed the door and walked away. SMDH
