I have been working with Marie K. on a pickup that was a mis-ship. She listened to my issue, fixed it immediately and communicated with respect, knowledge and patience. She is a prime example of good customer service!!!!!!!! By far the best customer service I have received from an LTL terminal.

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. I ordered a palate of goods, they were very good at making sure I got loaded up quickly and hassle free. If you have never used them, you should! Don't just listen to the negative reviews. Will definitely do business again!
