I have unfortunately been using AAA Cooper as a Carrier for almost 10 years now. Im not sure if its this location, or the company as a whole, but the customer service is awful. No one answers the phone at this location, and if you do get a hold of someone, they give you zero information on whether your pick up will happen. We're living in 2025, you cant tell me you don't know where your trucks are and how long it will take them to come do a pick up. I'll call in for pick ups at 9am and by 3:30-4:00pm they don't have it assigned to a driver. Most of the time I have to wait past my closing time or wait till the following day for them to pick up a shipment I ordered. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Save yourself the headache and use someone else as a carrier.

I ordered a shed from Home Depot and AAA Cooper was the transportation company. The item was ordered on July 20th and was supposed to be delivered within 4 to 5 days. The tracking for the item showed it moving from Kentucky to Florida in 3 days, and then it got to AAA Cooper's facility in Pompano. And there it sat and sat and sat, delayed over and over for no reason whatsoever. There was zero explanation on the Home Depot website, just delay after delay. I then had to call Home Depot to ask what was going on and they told me AAA Cooper had it and they'd check. The next day when I called back they told me they got no answer, AAA Cooper didn't know where the shipment was. Home Depot wound up refunding me and I had to order it again this time through Lowe's. What an utter disaster and a terrible shipping partner for Home Depot. Zero stars. Pray they're not handling your order.

Well, the package is finally here, so I guess we’re celebrating? 🎉 It only took a rollercoaster of missed windows, mystery cancellations, and enough phone calls to qualify me as their unofficial dispatcher.
To be fair, the driver was nice when he finally showed up — but AAA Cooper’s scheduling system? Feels like it was built on vibes and broken promises. I spent more time refreshing the tracking page than actually using the thing I ordered.
In the end, it got delivered, but the stress? Free of charge, and plentiful. Next time, I might just rent a truck and pick it up myself.

I wish to never receive any service from AAA Cooper Transportation ever again. I can see why the company only has a 2 starts rating. Sadly they probably can careless. The day that they were scheduled to deliver, I waited that entire day then they emailed to cancel delivery that evening. Then the next day I came home from work that evening the package was delivered left outside. They called or emailed me to give me a heads up, so I can come home and receive the package. Very unprofessional on behalf of the company. I had to leave it in front of the house. Instead of in my garage until I hire somebody to come install it.

This company is not as bad as you think. Staffs were chilled and quick and helped me load up the pallet. If you don’t want your packages damaged or left unattended, you have to track your package and make sure you get them as soon as they are ready to be picked up. That’s the mistake most people make which is why they are giving one star.

Worst customer service I have experienced in the 30 years I have been using freight companies - despite making numerous calls I was given different information and ultimately determined there was a typo in the delivery address that a simple google search would have resolved. Was asked to send an email and then 9 days later was told the email had to come from the sender - which I would have had done that day if they had told me to. Felt like the girl on the phone just wanted me off the phone. Sent in an actual complaint and received zero feedback and no apology and my last call to them I was made to feel like I was the problem, when I had just done as instructed. Wish I had read these reviews earlier and I would have been even more on top of the process.

They are an absolute, dysfunctional, disaster of a shipping company and the other reviews speak for themselves.... This is what happens when there is ZERO management... Just more of the typical trash that spews from the more "Southern" areas here in Florida if you know what I mean....
