A1 team at A1A Wholesale Transmission.
I needed a complete breakdown and rebuild of my 2013 Camaro LS Transmission. I was provided excellent customer service from Laura and Steve, I was met with a caring team who took time to make sure I understood what I was getting into.
My transmission had almost 200,000 miles on it before it came in, it ran but no longer shifted gear. The team cleaned it up, tore it down and replaced the affected parts, I was given a moment to see some of the process and was informed I had a bad engine mount which solved a lot of shaking in my car.
Overall, my car shifts and runs better than when I bought it 8 years ago.

The transmission in our Scion XB went out and we weren't sure what to do. It's a second car in a household with two teenage drivers and our beach car. Had it at our regular mechanic and they said it wasn't worth repairing. Did some research and found A1A Wholesale Transmissions on Google, read their reviews and decided to call.
From the first minute of my conversation with Laura I knew we would be in good hands. She immediately started doing research (while on our first call) regarding used transmissions while also giving me a breakdown of approximate costs to rebuild our current one. She made me feel at ease. Not pushy, but very informative and thoughtful of our situation.
Laura set up the tow and the gentleman who picked up the car was super professional, calling before hand to let me know he would be there within a time window and then following up when he was on his way.
Laura's communication throughout the process was great and the options she gave me where perfect. About one week after our car arrived in their garage we had it back and it runs great! Glad I took the time to do some research.

The worst transmission place ever! I took my car there a year ago when I picked it up everything was good for 2 months then I went back with the same problem transmission I paid $2,400 for what because my car still not working properly… All the worker there get on drugs and drink liquor while working on your car… they lost my key and had to call a locksmith to get another key…. I took my car to them at least 3 or 4 times since I got it back.. just got it back the other day and it still having the same problem…. I’m telling yall don’t take yall car there you will regret it… now I’m selling my car as is because I’m not about to pay and transmission shop $3000 to fix my car… be careful

My car broke down over the weekend. I had it towed to A1A Wholesale Transmissions. Laura called me Monday morning and told me the car would not go into gear because of a bushing issue in the cable of the gear selector. I cringed and my butt puckered with the thought of having to get my truck’s transmission rebuilt. My mechanic suggested A1A transmission and I dropped my truck off for diagnosis.
