Allstate was helpful and made an uncomfortable situation a lot smoother. I haven’t been in an accident for 48 years and so I was in a bit of shock. Allstate was easy to work with.

I've been with Allstate less than a week and I don't really like to review a service or company before fully experiencing what it has to offer, but I did want to jump on to give five stars for Briana Johnson. I had been with my previous car insurance company for 11 years but vehicle changes caused my rates to go way up so I decided to shop around and someone gave me Briana's card. I'm glad they did! She made the whole process super smooth and her awesome personality shines through her exceptional customer service. And most importantly, she was able to get me a way better rate than my previous company did!

I really wanted to move all my policies (autos, homes, commercial bldgs, boat) to a more local agent but no answer at their office. What's worse is the voice mail for the sales team was full and not taking anymore messages. I was able to leave a voice mail on their customer service line, but never got a call back.

Increased my premiums. My daughter was not a fully licensed driver, just a permit driver and it increased. Went and saved $200 a month switching to another company. Should have done this 6 months ago.

Worst experience EVER .... STAY AWAY not even 4 months as s new customer and I have spent $2,000. Reps make mistake but you are the one spending your money for their MISTAKES. I am telling you stay away now that you can.

My father was in the insurance business for over 40 years, and I used to hear him often say…” The service doesn’t end when the policy is signed, it begins a lifetime of serving your clients”. This is what compelled me to write this review. When I first made contact with the “Ron Bradley Insurance Group”, I was seeking coverage on my vessel. I was in contact with Diana Bradley who offered me a good rate but also suggested “bundle’ing it my two autos and adding a PUP (personal umbrella policy). I was hesitant at first but in the end, the entire proposal was cost-effective and I signed up for all three with additional assistance from Chris Bradley. My concern then was the typical get “hooked now and then get hammed later” came true. When I got my PUP renewal after only one year, I noticed the PUP policy jumped 34% without any claims. I made multiple calls to their office in December 2024, left multiple messages and no one ever called me back with any explanations why. It is for this reason you are reading this review & rating. OK, I get it about property like auto & boat rates going up as the prices for these assets & their associated parts increased…but 34% for personal Umbrella policy is not acceptable to me. Please consider this review when they make the same pitch to you. I’m very disappointed with this unsatisfactory customer service to an existing client.

This place has gone downhill fast. They sent a small premium to collections after trying to send one email that doesn't even show coming from allstate. It comes from some woman there and that was my only communication. Awesome so now I have to wait 7 years because they are lazy and literally attempted once to reach me. I have never had a collection on my credit. Be careful they pay insurance in advance even if you don't plan on renewing, all other carriers cover in the rears. Then they go on saying you owe them money. Don't do business here they obviously are understaffed. Being Cheap.

no customer service. Up for renewal, not proactive. I have to be proactive. Left voice mail and sent emails all week with no response. Called today and was told agents were too busy to call back Monday. Been a clie t gor 10 years.
