When we returned our goods from the warehouse, most of the packages were crushed.The invoice details were not as we had told them. We lost thousands of dollars by using this company.

APS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare company to work with. Just read all the negative feedbacks here, they all describe exactly my issues with the company. I wish I paid attention to those reviews when I signed up with them. Expect hidden , unexpected fees each time on each invoice and rude answers once you express your concerns.Jack Lombardi, the director of business operations and my main contact, sounded really nice when they signed me up. However, later was extremely rude and unwilling to help. They sweet talk you once they want your business but completely ignore and disrespect once they have it. Just beware. When a company has mostly just 1 star and 5 star reviews, there is a big change that those 5 star ones are fake ones to improve the ratings. At least when I read the reviews, all 1 star reviews sound like exactly my experiences. It has been over a year since I moved from them to another fulfillment warehouse and I am so much more happier. So save yourself a huge headache and avoid APS Fulfillment Inc.If there was an option 0 stars, it would be my rating.

APS Has helped with the fulfillment of our company for quite some time now and I am thankful I made the choice to work with them. Their service is great and not having to think about shipping our products every day has really helped the business grow! It’s convenient to call up the staff whenever we need help with something and they’re always available. Can’t be doing this without them!

I have been Clients with APS Fulfillment Inc. for the last 3 years. They would go over and beyond to make sure their Clients needs are met. Jennifer is amazing and she make you feel like member of the family. I would highly recommend them for your storage, shipment management needs.

Been working together with APS for several years now, and so far it's been a very positive experience, and wonderful working partnership. The team genuinely cares about your business operating well and succeeding. It's very much a teamwork scenario with them, which is what I hoped for when initially engaging with them for their services. I would certainly recommend to anyone I know and is looking for a fulfillment company, that they are a great company to work together with.

Jack is always on top of it... very rare these days. Also, they feel much more like an actual partnership vs. just a service.. Even with a million moving parts they always make you feel like you are their most important customer. Breath of fresh air!

Everyone who in the shipping department is a kind human being and they truly want to do the best for their clients. Jennifer and Ralph go above and beyond every time.The ISSUE is their shipping system is a complete NIGHTMARE that will end up costing 50% more in HIDDEN FEES!They have updates that are confusing to the employees that need to be addressed on a weekly basis.I literally have to email Jack the manager with concerns on a weekly basis and my website platform is Shopify. Which should be the easiest to have a clear and precise integration with.If you have huge margins and A LOT time on hands and love to problem solve APS is definitely for you.My platform Is Shopify and they have several errors messages creating DAILY HEADACHESI also trusted them when they told me i would save money shipping thru their platform on APS only to find out i was being charged DOUBLE!!Please also note after you make your initial investment and and commit to their contract they can change it any way they want after 30 days.I highly suggest anyone thinking of APS to read the fine print and make sure all errors are solved prior or atleast not charged to YOU while they figure out the solution.Unfortunately i have been waiting over 3 years alongside Shopify and APS SYSTEM continues to create errors.

I joined APS for my few e-commerce orders, Another fulfillment center handled B2B and international orders. APS assured me APS was totally knowledgeable to handle both and were doing it for others. I thought I would give them a chance with our smaller B2B orders.APS was OK for e-commerce, but any fulfillment center that sends a B2B order internationally, without the proper customs documents that were sent to them, does not have the proper training necessary.Instead of using Our docs and customs invoice, APS made up their own invoice, it want over like a packing list with no pricing, and even worse used their info as the shipper, and with their former address for returns. Our shipment to Poland was never delivered due to incorrect documents. We always get contacted by the shipping company if there is a problem. Because APS used their contact information as the shipper, and our company info was no where to be found, the order sat in customs, in Poland. They reached out to APS, left messages, no one returned their call.It was not known to us until our customer reached out and told us he had not received his prepaid order. That was almost 2 months after the order shipped via air. It took us over 3 weeks to find the order.Since FedEx was unable to deliver the shipment because APS was no longer there, FedEx sent it to a warehouse in the mid-west. Once we were notified by the customer, It took us weeks, at my expense, to get info on the lost order. APS never stepped in to help, saying they did everything right.Our FedEx account was billed for all of the unnecessary shipping. To Poland, back to the USA, then back to APS, and back to Poland. APS refused to compensate us for over any shipping costs, again, saying they did everything right.When I asked upper management if they trained their employees how to send international orders, he prevaricated and I never got an answer. Then I asked directly, "Do you ever check the documentation to see if it is right?" His answer, "That's not my job. I said, " I can prove the mistakes that were made. Your shipping manger is the one who sent the order to Poland with incorrect documents. APS responded, "He did his best." Hard to believe. .I was stuck for all of the shipping to and from Poland, back to the USA and then sending the order with the correct documents to my customer.
