Time was something I didn't have. Nelson was very quick to respond and give me the exact phone I was looking for as he communicated with me the options that were most important. I was able to make the phone trade-in quickly, and leave with what I wanted in the time I was hoping for.

I was greeted immediately and by all available staff members. Staff was friendly, helpful, kind, understanding, efficient, and knowledgeable. They worked as a team. Answered all of my questions. Resolved all issues. Getting a new phone and transferring data etc was made easy. Thank you so much Mike and staff. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

The 5G mess they had us lockdown to work on cause AT&T there Business. It is horrible service. New phone can't hear a word no one is saying on a conversation. Ridiculous it is. Horrible Service some days I way up my phone is still sleeping. Why? No service but every month they automatically withdrawing from my account. I told them not another dime is to be removed off my acct. I am switching at the end of the billing cycle. Had it 3 months and if I got 30 days out of that 3 months I am good. Was telling a friend and she said she had them for years she just switched she said she don't know what went wrong with them but the service is horrible. I asked is it the 5G you switch to she said yes. I said the had us closed up for years trying to work on that mess and it still didn't work. Ridiculous and Sorry Company. They once had a good name but something seriously went wrong.

I'm super annoyed because it seems like this store will do anything for a sell. my 1st year with att&t i was charged for internet in person but the appointment was never booked and i also got charged on my bill even with no appointment after it took 3 months for them to even step in and help because i kept going back to the store. now i have a bill for 3 phones when I only have 2. someone decided to tell my bf he needed a whole new number for his brand new iPhone when they could've just tell him go to apple to have them check why the messages weren't coming in. and a bill going on $400 because they keep playing with me. after work i will be heading straight there and requesting the store owner or supervisors name. They should be responsible for they're team cause they shouldn't be happening this is now year 2

Came in because my phone wasn’t working and I got assistance immediately by Joseph. Within a matter of minutes my phone was up and running. I’m so grateful I didn’t have to waste a whole day to get my phone fixed.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Joseph and Victor with smiles they were more than willing to help me with my home service and my cell service and went out of their way to explain in detail to me everything I asked. They both went above and beyond what I was asking about I am so appreciative to both of them I feel Joseph and Victor are an asset to AT&T do whatever you can to keep them !!! Because this is the kind of service people need and these gentlemen were absolutely incredible !! I cannot say enough about how they handle themselves so professionally and were more than willing to answer every question I had which was quite a bit. I am very happy with this store & will only come to these guys in the future. Plus I believe Joseph worked thru his break to continue to help me with a computer problem i was having now i can use it, he did this out of the kindness of his heart. The way times are now it is not easy to find someone who says I'm happy to help you. I didn't have any idea how to fix the problem & he did, so I am extremely grateful to him... Thanks Guys

Came to this store around mid February, looking for options running away from the nightmare of T-Mobile. Let me tell you I waited two more months to write a review just to see if all of the offers and opportunities I signed up for were real and as smooth they described to me it’d be. Oh man, It truly was, phone number transfer, upgrade, and trade ins, easy. 5 phones, 5 lines. I was amazed of how smooth the process was. Once I started talking to KC and Bobby I was amazed with all the opportunities of savings I was being offered, they are really transparent and truthful people. Not like other sketchy and rude stores and sales agents that only want commissions not minding about customer service and transparency. All I have to say is thank you, and I’m looking forward to shop in this store again!
