Joyselyn is an excellent listener, key to understanding the customer’s needs and concerns. She knows the details of plans and features, which is key to enabling useful comparisons of benefits and potential downsides of decisions about service plan choices. And she gives thoughtful and practical advice about the decision path for best choices. Plus, she has been an effective shepherd, making the process to upgrade to a new phone with very favorable credits easy and simple. I was having issues with my jet pack. I was helped by Andre and another at&t genius both were extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to clear up all the issues and helped me understand what exactly the problem was. I would highly recommend them both for a promotion. At&t are lucky to have them. I had a problem and they both made it stress free
