As soon as I walked through the door Mr. Pedro quickly attended to my needs. He is very professional courteous, attendive,exceptional,friendly,focused,patient, very good listener he made sure that everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond what his job description is, I never had customer service like that ever! He made sure before I left the AT&T store that everything was up to my standard, & huge smile on my face there was nothing else that I needed. I can honestly say I will let everyone know if you are looking for a phone company look no further then AT&T especially this store where Mr. Pedro works I going tell all my family & friends to go this AT&T store & ask for Mr. Pedro no questions asked.
