What a great business! I was referred to this auto repair shop from another local auto repair shop I had used. I needed to fix an issue with my Alfa Romeo and they had it completed efficiently within ten minutes! Everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely be back in the future!

I've been a client since 1998. Nothing but THE BEST service!!!!! Always a smile when I walk in, everything is always explained in detail, never been lied to. I've been recommending Mike and his amazing staff for years!!! Their quality of service and honesty is above all!

Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to do business with Auto Critic. I had them do a Pre Purchase Inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase while I'm on the other side of the country. This family owned business was able to put my mind at ease and pick out any issues that needed attention. Great communication and I highly recommend.

Consumers beware! This shop is taking your money to replace parts that are covered under Mercedes-Benz extended warranty/recall status’. They will charge you over $1000 for a SBC BRAKE UNIT THAT IS REPLACED AT NO COST BY MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIPS.

If you own a German car, this is the only place to have it serviced. Auto Critic specializes exclusively Mercedes, BMW and all the great cars from Germany.It's a small boutique-like facility, not a big factory. And Mike, the owner and expert mechanic oversees every job, so you know it's going to turn out great.
