THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS THEY ASKED ME TO EMAIL THE REASON BEHIND MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. SURPRISE NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!
f I could give 0 stars I would. They lie saying that the car would be ready and when it wasn't they said they called my insurance to cover the extra days for a rental... we'll no they did not get this approved like the manager told me as I just was charged over $300 by Hertz! State Farm never covered the extra days . What a horrible establishment will post this everywhere and tell my insurance company about the fraudulent lies. I trusted the manager BIG MISTAKE! He doesn't care it's not his money. Also they told me they would drop the car off at the same rental they didn't. I would never recommend this place the mechanics might be great but they are definitely shady and by the way Vinnie has no customer service skills . Will make the BBB aware of this place .

I recently had to have my car repaired from an accident I had and I chose crash champions. They did not disappoint, I went in thinking this was going to be a typical car repair business and was blown away with the total professional staff and quality of the work that they have done. Also I had to bring my car back for a minor detail that was possibly overlooked and a representative named Blake was more than helpful with correcting what was missed and apologized for the mishap. Will highly recommend if needed, give them a shot, I'm sure there work will speak for itself.
