0 stars! This is the most unprofessional store I’ve ever walked into. I came in to return an item that was unused. Right from the jump the manager Melvin was extremely hostile and unfriendly. (Prejudice if I could say the least). Told him that I wanted to return, he takes the box and roughly places the box on the counter and goes “that’s yours” he did not even explain why they wouldn’t not take the return. I tried explaining it was not used and the young gentlemen who checked me out when I bought the item said that I could return it if it does not work. Melvin then says “we don’t do returns” and was being extremely hostile and agitated for no reason. I did say “you are being very rude” and an encounter and words were exchanged. For a “manager” to be like this is very unprofessional and sad. Melvin is hostile and does not have the professional ability to control his emotions.

Had a great experience. Needed to change out a bad battery and Mike P. Was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in 15. I definitely recommend.

Ona helped me find the right battery for my car, and helped swap it with the old one. Very helpful and she got me out in less than 20 minutes.

Listen anytime you have a problem and you need someone with experience and expertise talk to Ms.Deborah! She’ll take care of you and make sure all of your question are answered you guys she’s super nice and knowledgeable you won’t go wrong at all I was having trouble finding a alternator for my Infiniti she took her time to find what I was looking for even when they didn’t have it in stock she made sure she found a location that was close enough for me to go pick it up you won’t go wrong with her thank you Ms.Deborah!!
