Avoid using their ATMs at all cost, the machine malfunctioned, took my cash and now they are holding my money hostage and telling me it can take up to 15 days for them to investigate and resolve the issue… no accountability whatsoever. Unbelievable.

If I could I would rate 0 stars. This location is horrible. There is no real management. They love to waste your time. The manager loves to assume instead of informing. Lorena E. Vera is very nasty, unprofessional, and has no time management.

Never helpful. They never have people to do any basic transaction. Always excuses.Locations like this should close or have an intern review to see what is happening and fix it.

Employees leave the agency before the end of the shift. I was in this agency now for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone and there was no one inside the bank anywhere, the agency is totally abandoned! The employees simply won't even work or leave early without leaving a single person inside the agency! If someone wants to get in there and steal everything they can get, it's the easiest thing in the world!

Unbelievable... I had to wait in the waiting area. more than 45 minutes just to do a simple wire transfer. After that, 15 more minutes in the process. So, to do a simple transaction I had to spend an hour there. The worse service ever because they never told me about the waiting time. Only after I asked the Manager she told me about the waiting time I could wait. Ahhh... And I'm a platinum member, imagine that.

The likelihood this branch is hosting JUGGINGS is of no significance to the management team. I had details regarding timing within 1 minute of lot departure and suspect vehicle description for their review and confirmation but AM Akeem said he had no access to the video surveillance and referred me to “security”. Oh my. What a sad reflection on this branch and Bank of America. I am not implying they are complicit, but they are not prioritizing any response and indifferent to assisting in identification of the perpetrators who are following bank customers and committing smash and grab style criminal offenses.

Saturday afternoon . Waisted my time , the clerk told me I needed an account number to make a simple deposit into an account . Pony holdings llc ( which was stated on the check) She quickly handed me the deposit slip and said again you need the account number . She wouldn’t even look it up I feel she was prejudice .Very poor service lack of knowledge.. Lack of energy and compassion for others. Didn’t want to do the job she choose .

I have visited this branch of BOG and found the staff and service to be very good. Unlike other branches, namely in Victoria park and in tamarac, this one offers up swift and efficient service delivered by a staff of smart people. If you really must do business with BOG, then please use this branch - it will leave a nice taste in your memory.

Incredibly inefficient regarding the waiting time to do a simple wire transfer. Not sure why they don't just tell you since the beginning that will take very long the waiting time. More than an hour waiting and the manager just told me I'm lucky because se people wait even longer. Honestly, that is not an excuse. I don't care if others waited 3 hours or 10 minutes. Every customer must get respect of their time.

The worst banking experience I've ever receive. The manager Rachel displayed zero emotions of sympathy or apathy for their lack of customer service. They didn't even offer an apology. I now know why they're rating is so low. It might be close to you guys but do yourself the favor and drive an extra couple miles and go to a different bank. Believe me you will thank me later
