“I’ve been using refurb’d Interstate batteries for the past decade on my business’s 3 vehicles. Why everyone in S. FL doesn’t know about it?- has always seemed CRAZY to me.

“I came into the store looking for wiper blades for my 2020 nissan rogue and I new I would have trouble finding the right ones. But I went over and started my search. The first problem I encountered was their electronic device to help identify the blades you need was not working. So I attempted to Google the replacement blades I needed. Found the suggested brand and model number on line and.........no matching blades in stock. So I decided to see if anyone in the store could help me out. Everyone was busy but this one big guy behind the counter who was wearing a mask. He was huge and had a beard and did not appear approachable, but I asked for his help. This guy went right to work on the computer looking for the blades I had found on line. He checked the stock on the floor and realized they didn't have them. He then asked if I was set on those particular blades. I let him know I didn't really care as long as the ones they had were good blades and would do the job for me. He then got a set of blades and went out to my vehicle and installed one of them and tried it out. Seems like the blades that were supposed to fit my vehicle were too small. He then went back in, measured my old blades and brought out another set that matched in length. He went back out and installed the new set for me. All in all this guy was in and out of the store 3 to 4 times finding the correct blades before everything fit just right. I was very satisfied with the determination and care that this guy showed for me and my vehicle. He went far out of his way to get the job done correctly. All I can say is this place needs more people like Sid!!! Thank you very much. For someone who may appear unapproachable, you are certainly a nice guy!”
“With the impact of our current economy it has been extremely difficult on me financially with a fixed income. I can't afford to take my vehicle to a mechanic and I've had to take matters into my own hands. It has been quite nerve-wracking to say the least. I would like to take the time to thank Stacy for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. She has made this process so much easier than I had expected and I'm happy to say that I will regular this store for all of my automotive needs.
