I came last Sunday to get a simple gel manicure and 4 days later, my nails were already peeling. I went back when it had been exactly 7 days later (that’s when I had time) and they were gonna make me pay to have my nails fixed. I mean, seriously? Here’s a photo of 4 days later and then the 2nd photo is today. I won’t be coming back. I’m furious and my nails look like shit so thanks for NOTHING!

This is my third time here. They are completely professional. None of that weird gossipping. This time I brought my mom and niece with me. They treated my mom as if she was their own mother. They made my niece feel like a little princess. I have referred other family members here and they had equally positive experiences. If you are within the Margate radius, please give them a try!

I had an appointment for 1pm and wasn’t serviced until almost 1:30 what’s the point of an appointment if you’re going to wait?! I had an an acrylic gel fill that took 1 hour plus the tech Tommy cut my pink which was very painful after that he did an acrylic gel pedicure which was not pleasant digging into with me saying it hurts is not appropriate 2 hours later (way too long for 2 services) I left very unsatisfied I will not be returning.

Shop is nice and clean, staff is friendly. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because 1 nail came off after a week (they did fix it) but now it's the 2nd week and a different nail has come off. Normally my nails last about 4 weeks. This was my first time coming to this salon, I don't believe I will be returning.
