These guys are fantastic. Had a flat far from home and not only did they repair it quickly and inexpensively, they repaired an issue I hadn't even mentioned to them. My bike has a carbon fiber Gates drive belt which they adjusted when putting the rear wheel back on and in the process, resolved a nagging shifting issue I was having. Great job, professional and thorough - THANKS!!!

Very helpful owner! I was having trouble with my tire pump and brought it in. The owner took time to help me out, was patient and kind, and my issue was resolved. So glad this shop is in my neighborhood!

WORST BIKE SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I had a flat tire and after they "fixed it" the wheels were not spinning, so I came back. They fixed it again, the bike chain was not on. I came back again, they fixed it and the tube came out and popped 15 minutes later. I almost got in an accident. Nothing was installed properly and it was dangerous to ride the bike. I had to go to a different bike shop the same day to fix everything and pay again at the different place. I contacted the bike shop and the owner to ask for a refund. Not only they refuse to give me a refund of $50, but was also extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have photos of the bike, receipts for all the repairs and I have witnesses. I will be taking it to court. THIS BIKE SHOP IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS! Please stay away and save yourself time and trouble! If I could give less than 1 star I would!UPDATE: I just received a phone call from the owner of the shop, who is now threatening me for leaving a bad review. Not only they messed up my bicycle and caused so much trouble, now I'm receiving threats from the owner for posting an honest review.

A good friend recommended this shop and I’m thankful! Professional and friendly people. I thought I would need to spend more than I ended up spending! Thanks for the suggestions on my level of cycling! At the end they didn’t push me to spend more but to save for the time I really need it.

The quality of service provided was highly unsatisfactory and the manner in which it was delivered was extremely discourteous. It came to my attention that my friend Julia visited the establishment with the intention of having her bicycle repaired, but unfortunately, they mishandled the situation and declined to provide a refund. Their conduct throughout the entire ordeal was severely lacking in professionalism.

I have a 25+ year old Trek hybrid. It's been in desperate need of a top notch tune-up. Fortunately, I found Bike Science! The professionalism shown to me, both in terms of customer service and expertise, was much appreciated. When I took my bike for the first post tune-up ride, I would've sworn that I had a new bike!!On another note, I mentioned to the owner, Jamie, that I was considering adding a new bike to my collection. Rather than pointing me directly to the most expensive bikes out there, he made very sensible and affordable recommendations to me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend Jamie and Bike Science.

I rented a bike for a period of 3 weeks. Bike Science have a diversity of bike that meets the needs of all customers. They offer great customer service. I had a small problem with the bike which it was not possible to repair during the day. Without any question, they lent me another bike with the same good quality to avoid making me wait. Alfredo and Jamie at Bike Science are outstanding!They went out of the way to help me with a major flat tire while I was out doing errands.They picked me up, took care of my bike in record time, charged fairly and all the while being friendly, fun and professional.Highly recommended!
