The website said that the were closing at 5pm. We drove one hour and arrive at 3:00 and there was a sign on the door « Close at 2pm and reopen tomorrow

This place is not an authorized Birkenstock shop. I contacted the brand and they do not know of this place. 0 help from the owner when trying to decide the correct fit. All he would say is sit down, relax, listen to some music, eat a chocolate. Almost like a broken record that is all he will say. He said buy a pair take it home decide if you like it come back if you don't. Then when I call to do an exchange because they hurt he said I cant help you no returns. I called corporate but they have never heard of this place before.

There’s a gentleman named Brian who I believe owns the store and he’s wonderful to deal with !! Very helpful and knowledgeable!!

I had a sub par experience with the proprietor yesterday.... I've concluded that the proprietor has been successful, (very much so) doing what he's done and acting as he does because the store is successful. I get it.. Other than soul growth, there's little reason for him to video himself for example and sit down and go thru a process of self evaluation. But there is something to "soul growth", and when one deals with the public, one gets the opportunity to be one's best or worst self within each and every encounter. It costs nothing to be nice, and that's the bottom line.

Brian is the best. He knows Birkenstock better than anyone. This store has the best selection in all of Florida. Worth the visit and I got a bunch of sandals. Family business for over 40 years.

Frank was very kind and always willing to help us with anything we needed help with. He repeats himself to ensure we know to stay true and always relax. I found the clogs I've been looking for a century... it was a great experience and I recommend to anyone!!

The selection is excellent, without a doubt, but don't expect to just come in and shop at your leisure. There's no pressure to buy, of course, and no one immediately harasses you.... until you touch a box. They expect you to bring your choice of shoe to the front, for them to then specifically set aside a box with your size for you, rather than you just finding a box/size for yourself. I'm still not really sure why they do it this way, because it's just added hassle for them and you, but I was very rudely scolded for simply opening a box that was sitting out on a rack, instead of letting them find the box for me. ... Frankly, if you don't want customers touching or opening boxes, then don't have them out all over the store.

I recently had the worst time at the Birkenstock shop that is 20 minutes away from my house.I went there with high dreams of getting some new shoes, but the door was locked and the windows were dark. To my surprise, the store had closed three hours before the time they said they would.Let me tell you, there's nothing like the sadness and anger you feel when you go to a store only to find out it's closed without giving you any warning. It's clear that the Birkenstock store doesn't care about their customers' time or how easy it is for them.The lack of expertise and care shown by this business is just not good enough. How can customers trust a store to have good items and reliable service if it can't even keep to its own hours?Also, the fact that there is no sign at all that the store will close early is very unsettling. It's as if they thought people would just know that their closing times were all over the place. A simple notice on their website, at the door, or even a phone call would have saved me the wasted trip and annoyance.Because of this, I'm going to stay away from this Birkenstock shop like the plague. Why give money to a business that doesn't care about its customers or follow basic business practices? There are lots of other shoe shops that care about their customers and are open when they say they will be.In the end, my trip to the Birkenstock store was a complete waste of time. This terrible one-star review is due to the fact that they closed early without giving customers any notice or caring about their time. Don't go to this store if you don't want to deal with the trouble and stress it will cause you.
