They are extremely Fake. Worst Bank I’ve ever been to. They will just close your account for no reason ! Extremely nosy with every thing you do! Whether it be a deposit or taking out money. They lied about how the account being free and the limits on it. Didn’t even communicate about anything happening with my account. They hate when you deposit cash and ask why all the time. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Crazy. Extremely frustrating. Didn’t even have it 6 months. Management is horrible. Was never helpful with anything. Terrible Bank. Do NOT recommend.

Terrible staff, not friendly or helpful. Go to the Boca branch if you’re doing anything that can’t be done on an ATM. Better yet, get a new bank.

I am the unpaid president of a condo association that originally opened with Florida shores before they were acquired by Stonegate. My rare visits to the bank include the joyous task of depositing the laundry quarters. My usual treatment is ugh another unimportant quarter bum. Gotta move to another bank that will appreciate the 140 thou we have and take the g.d. quarters without attitude.And Do Not use their lock box set up.
