My 1st visit to the Pompano Beach Costco. It was extremely busy and the patrons were generally rude. I don't understand why people abandon their shopping carts in the parking lot. Lazy inconsiderate new englanders.

Don't order pizza for a party from here. They lost my order, and I had a bunch of hangry toddlers waiting for food. My party was 10am-12pm. Ordered pizza for 10:30. My sister got there and they said they didn't have my (paid for) order. They told her it would take 25-30 minutes for that amount of pizzas. She came back in 30 minutes and got them. Instead of admitting they were wrong and lost my order, the managers argued with me trying to gaslight me. Pulled camera footage to confirm what I already knew, and still wouldn't just apologize and admit they were wrong.
Horrible customer service. What a shame for such a big company. Definitely unreliable for a party.

Terrible. Whoever designed the parking lot layout should be fired immediately and blacklisted from ever designing anything again. Parking lot is a mass confusion and crowding. Too many nice pieces of curbed ground with trees and bushes planted to keep the greenies happy and taking away parking spaces. Nowhere to stack your shopping carts so they wind up scattered all over hell. A nearby Walmart has a better layout and spots to properly park your carts out of the way. Get with it costco.

Costco keeps giving me more reasons to quit shopping here.
Product availability and variety is devolving. Half the items are online only, which I can get cheaper and faster on Amazon.
Also. What's the point of a membership when alcohol is MORE EXPENSIVE than getting at Total Wine & More?
1L Botanist 22 Gin sells for $37.99 at Costco. I can get the same brand and volume FOR LESS at Total Wine & More.
So I ask, where is the value of being a Costco member?

Customer Service area has no signs to help form a line. Just a yellow tape on the floor.That is where the line firms. And it's quite a line.
I will not be renewing my membership.
