Showed up 45 minutes early to a scheduled appointment and was told it would be a hour and a half for new tires. Ended up taking 4 hours past my original scheduled time. Supervisor said there was no reason it should’ve taken as long as it did with no other explanation. Seems they put me on the back burner for other customers they knew. Extremely inconsiderate and disappointing.

Brought our 2021 Charger in last night for a set of new tires. They look and feel great. Everyone that helped us was professional and courteous. Didn’t take half as long as some tire centers. We are picky and take pride in taking care of our car. Would definitely recommend and thanks guys.

Terrible customer service at Costco Tire. I called for assistance and was put on hold multiple times. The representative kept coming back just to place me on hold again. After asking for my membership number, he put me on hold one more time—then pretended he couldn’t hear me and hung up. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you need real help, go somewhere else.

Customer service was awful. Carlos, the person who assisted me, was muttering while speaking, so I couldn’t understand him. He seemed annoyed by my presence and was outright rude. On top of that, it took about an hour and a half just to change two tires—not exactly the fastest service either.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Carlos Moncayo at the Tire Center. From start to finish, his attitude was rude and disrespectful. There was no courtesy or willingness to help—just bad attitude and short, dismissive responses. As a customer, you expect to be treated with at least a basic level of respect, which was completely lacking here.
If someone hates their job this much, maybe it’s time to move on. Carlos’ behavior does not align with Costco’s values or customer service philosophy. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

We were told to choose an appointment online for the fastest service, we only had a one tire repair. 2.5 hours later we’re still sitting here. As I watch the workers they seem to do more joking around than just doing the job. Management could use some training in this area.

They just leave you on hold when you call. They don’t care. Cancelling membership and going to Sam’s or bj’s. Done with the people there not caring. And the tire dept. to be specific. Always

Customer service a bit confusing. You wait 20 minutes and never know if you are standing in line or if they recognize you are there. At pickup everyone goes inside and stands in line only to be told it wasn't necessary they can go straight to the shop.

This has to be the worst Costco in the world. No rotisserie chicken for 2 weeks. Never have grass fed ground beef patties in stock. No tortilla crusted tilapia, no Mexican street corn or many other items I have bought there and loved. My friend in California says they have all these items so I know they aren't discontinued. New manager needed here.

Of the 3 Costcos in the Southern Florida region I've visited, this one is my least favorite. In all fairness, I came on a Sunday - what was I thinking?!? The selection is comparable to the others I frequent, but the checkout is poorly designed and causes massive congestion throughout the store = excessive chaos during peak shopping hours! The parking is also horrible, and the parking lot is like a circus. Same great deals and super cheap fast food, just a more chaotic experience. As usual, some deals on bulk items don't actually equate to good deals - so I always recommend comparing prices as you shop.
