Carolina cut off my phone while we were talking.
This happened because the film they sent me via UPS arrived in a very weak and crushed box and the film was ruined. When I spoke to her husband, he told me that the film, once ironed, would have no problem, and he told me that the He was responsible for the t-shirt if something went wrong.
I tried it on a t-shirt and it obviously went wrong. When Carolina called she said, "Who would think about ironing a film that is marked?" I answered your husband.
Conclusion, I agree to repeat the film, she did not take care of the t-shirt that was ruined, she cut off my phone but first she told me that this was going to be the first and last time that we were going to work together.

I went there one week ago to put in a order after I gave them the t shirts that I have already and told them that I wanted this same shirts that I have already they said not a problem and sent me a proof and I approved it then they text me today and tell me it’s ready for pick up so I go over there and see that the t shirts are the same company but the wrong material so I tell Erik that this isn’t correct and he keeps going back and forth with me arguing and not wanting to fix them nor give me a refund I would not recommend this company at all terrible customer service and they never think anything is there fault
