So.. I went in at 730pm yesterday to buy a phone for my elderly mother. Literally told the manager my mother's never had a smartphone. She sells me a phone. Everything seems fine. Go home give it to my mother. My mother calls me and says how do I charger it? I'm confused. I say with the cord and block. She says there isn't one. I wasn't told this. So I go to the store to buy a block to charge the phone. So the same manger never says a thing about no return policy for the block charger. I bring it to my mother she bought one already. So I try to return the block charger the same day they can't accept the return? So you're willing to lose 2 customers over a 26$ block charger? Interesting way to run a business. Ive been a customer for 7 years. But won't be 8. ?

I took my mom's phone in because it wasn't working right you think that you're going to a phone store they would have Chargers on hand that fit your phone they had none the girl said I can't help you go to a phone store I kind of scratched my head because I was already in a phone store it just seemed like she was too busy for me and she just wanted to get back to her phone because I interrupted her when I walked in they're not going to last long

Not sure about the rest of you. I have a 4g phone and it was not from their store as it has a built in thermal imaging camera that I use for work. So consistently I get alert messages that my 4g phone will not work with their 3g network and I need to get one of their phones if I want to remain connected.Whatever Cricket .. if it stops working we all know your just trying to sell phones or your too lazy to update your database.As for this location. All they can do is sell you a new phone or line. Everything else you have to call Cricket directly and wait on hold for 15-30 minutes.

Worst customer service I have seen the associate had no idea of how to multi task he had customers which were together and were taking all day to make up their mind and he totally ignored me when all I wanted was to pay a bill and the other customers was buying phones and couldn't moke their minds up they literally went from kiosk to kiosk and I waited for 15 minutes then I left without him even saying Welcome to Cricket very bad

I had a really bad experience here. I payed 92 dollars to switch my phone and number over to cricket.. They told me my phone was locked after I paid. They wouldn't refund the $92.00 .I didn't have a phone that worked any more because they switched my number to their service . I had to buy a new phone. Since I didn't have a lot of money left. I ended up having to get a flip phone... A flip phone...It just was a bad experience. I expected them to atleast help me in some way. I brought my business to them and now I am in a worst spot than I was before.
