The Indian lady there was very rude while sitting on the phone. The coin dispenser took my money for a while and I said politely hey this took money she responded annoyed it’ll give it back like I annoyed her on the phone at work? Anyway, I put it in the next one and she says in annoyed voice again, why would u put it back in that one if it just took your money, and proceeded to ask me am I even washing her like she didn’t put me in my clothes are you serious? Moving on, I put it in the next one not the same one and I told her it’s out of service when lit which it was not, so there no reason for an attitude when I didn’t know. She was watching me and didn’t tell me to put i in the next one, she only did after my second attempt, how was i supposed to know both of them didn’t work again they weren’t lit. she needs to work on her attitude, I am not a rude person until provoked she needs to realize she’s at work not in her room on the phone.

I came to wash at 8:45pm and the woman says that she started at 6am and she was not accepting more people, why you have a different time on google? This wasted my time

I’m trying to wash my clothes and the last wash is at 9:30pm . I got to the wash house at 8:37pm , the heavy set lady that’s looks manly, she has fake locs in her hair and is wearing a purple shirt . The worker there tells me , I can’t wash my clothes because she has to be at work at 5am . That’s unacceptable, you guys have to get real people that wants to work or change your business hours because it’s false advertising.‼️

I haven’t used this washer house in over 12 years. Because I relocated back in 2012. Last time I was in pompano at a relative for short time recently , I went there, the same old rusty and smelly machine. The place is so crowded, and loud. I exit immediately and went to laundry world on federal highway .They need to change the whole place. After Covid all washer house, has changed machines and did renovation including painting and replace new machines. That place need to be closed, until they change the whole place.

This place has fallen apart BIG time. Price increased machines sucks and now you come at 8:15pm and employees telling you they close but last wash is printed on the window 9:30pm.

Don’t go to this place! They spoiled my clothes!!! They washed my red shoes with my brand new clothes. My jeans and my Lacoste shirts got stained. I lost more than $400.00 and the owner of this place didn’t refund me.

Warning avoid at all cost.. The buildings dryer are out of order, so here I go with wet clothes. To just dry them. This place is close by. Unfortunately a white woman has NO,NO,NO social skills. After 5 minutes of me having to explain that the buildings dryers are out of order, She let me. As I read the reviews I see it's the same lady. Who is barking at customers. Have no idea why she's still there. She could be cleaning the place down. Won't return. Just let me dry my clothes in peace and I'm out, you don't have to harass your customers.

This is the perfect place if you're looking to get a quick 1 or 2 loads of laundry done. The prices are cheap and I've never had any problems with the machines. No complaints here!!

Employees are very rude and the majority of the machines are always out of order. If you use one of them, they will have the nerve to ask you to take your clothes out. Also, there’s no manager available to address your concerns. I will never go to this place again!
