All the associates at this CVS are great. I am mostly in contact with Jason. Even though I am a “seasonal” customer, Jason treats me as a regular, local customer. Be careful if you make an appointment for a shot. They have no problem making the arrangements asking you lots of personal data but when you get there – IF YOU ARE A VETERAN - you will be directing to the VA after lots of wasting time and energy.

This is the absolutely worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve been waiting three days for them to refill a prescription. I’ve went there in person to try to get it filled faster and explain to them I need it filled. They couldn’t tell me when it would be filled and I couldn’t even explain to them that I needed it filled. They just said you have to wait your turn and didn’t even look it up. I’ve called only to spend 10 minutes on the phone with automated voice just to leave a message on a voicemail that they never return the phone call. Don’t they know that by not taking medication and taking this long to refill a prescription really messes with someone’s life. My business has gone downhill, I can’t sleep, my relationships are strained, etc. I’ve never had to deal with a pharmacy so slow and incompetent in my life!!
7 months later- It seems like they got their act together within the last half year. I switched pharmacies for the medicine that is critical to a healthy way of life and haven’t gone back to CVS. The medicine that is not critical they have improved dispensing faster.

What is it with customer service these days that YOU have to be the customer service part of it ??????? HAS ANYONE BEEN TAUGHT TO SAY PLEASE AND THANK YOU OR HELLO? HOW’S YOUR DAY? was up at CVS today on Atlantic and F federal highway in Pompano Beach. The man employee said to the man behind me sir you can come over to the automated. The man behind me said no thank you I would rather just wait and go through the regular register. The man employee literally made the man go to the automated station. This to me is unacceptable if a customer nicely says they would prefer to go through the line that should be allowed. This is not the first time I have seen this happened up there with the same man employee whoever he is. I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are many other CVS around the area and also my prescriptions. Much friendlier professionalism behind the counter these days. However, if you have a list of things to get in there, they have no shopping carts and only two baskets. I generally do like this place, but I had quite a list and had to keep bringing it all upfront. It would be nice if they could afford shopping carts and also if people would quit stealing them so that’s not all on the CVS.

Went for our current flu and COVID shots. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. We did have an appointment.
