I love this location, the Pharmacist Kristy and her staff are amazing!!! She is always smiling, professional and willing to assist!!! Shouts out to Jamie, who is fan-tabu-lous, Johnny, Angela who are always polite and smiling!!! Love this location!!!!

I hate walking into a store and the employee is taking loudly on her phone perched against a shelf which she did the almost 1 hour that I was in the store. When I went directly to the self-service register, she came over and started taking things out of my cart while I was trying to get my phone app out to use the app! I asked her to stop which she did and said she thought I needed help after I had already said no! It was self-service! She immediately went back to conversing on her phone in the same spot! I am pretty sure CVS doesn’t pay her to chat loudly with friends when customers are present! Perhaps better training and checking store videos?? The guy beside me bought one item which set off the alarm, but she just kept on talking! Date9/12/24, 6:30 pm

The manager is always so nice. He greeted us at the door. Was doing stock. Helped us look for school supplies and checked us out. He also offered to call other CVS stores to accommodate us. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL

Worse service ever in the pharmacy
They couldn’t read my prescription and refused to call the doctor office
I could read it easily even if it was not a product I used
They are not friendly and this girl should go back to school to learn how to read !!!!
Publix pharmacy read it right away!!!!!

Terrible, I’ve been going here for years and when I got a new insurance they still kept the old insurance on so every-time I go they have to run my meds through the new insurance. They keep telling me they will fix it but they don’t. It’s been 7 months. I’m so over this pharmacy. I also am very calm cool and collected every time I go in here. Last time I will use this place.
