This is a pharmacy for rich people, it exploits the consumer without mercy. A few days ago I bought a lotion called Clobetasol 0.05 milligrams of 25 ml and even though I used my health insurance, they charged me $72 dollars. I paid because it was the first time I would use this medication. A few days later the doctor prescribed me the same lotion again and when comparing prices, at the Walmart in Pompano, across the street, they charged me $5.00 for the same medicine. In addition to the terrible service and lack of employees, they try to take advantage of the absurd prices and lame excuses. I won't go back, be careful.

I have been using my neighboring CVS Pharmacy for the past 6-7yrs. The last 3 months the pharmacy teamed was switched and I couldn’t have had more unreliable service with the new team. For years I have received my medications the day my doctor sent in the prescriptions. Now once my doctor sends the order I receive a message in the app which states (we do not have this prescription in stock, we do not have any information with receiving it) at this time I call the pharmacy which they at that time order the prescriptions. Now I must wait one or two business days. It is exhausting to have to have to have bad culture with my pharmacy regarding this matter. However I feel it is not right that I must call in every month now to get my prescription ordered. I take more medications and with me being off of one gives me a chemical off balance of withdrawals symptoms due to this. It seems maybe the past team members had back stock or ordered in advance especially for there locals so that we wouldn’t endure this heartache however this is to no avail any-longer. I will be looking into pharmacy error council due to what this is causing to my mental. And I don’t want to switch due that this is my neighboring store. Corporate has been informed. Good luck locals

Nasty front cashier. I asked fo4 the bathroom and she said they were not available at the moment. I walked out and asked a random. Person to ask for the bathroom key and she gave it to him. Lied to my face

Absolute worst pharmacy you can use. You cannot reach them via phone, are forced to leave a voicemail and there’s a 50% chance the voicemail will be returned. If the voicemail is returned, and you can’t answer your phone, they will not leave you a voicemail and you are stuck in the same loop. They frequently have lost prescriptions claiming there are multiple profiles and will say it’s corrected, while it’s not. Some of the staff is nice, while some are extremely rude and will just try to blame your insurance if they don’t feel like dealing with you. Of course once you ask to speak to the pharmacist the issue gets resolved, magically it ends up having nothing to do with insurance.

The worst pharmacy ever !! I had a prescription filled at 10am went there at 7 they said it would be ready in an hour . I get a call 15 min before they closed saying they don’t have it . Why not just tell me that from the beginning instead of lying saying it will be ready soon . I could of had the dr switch my prescription to another pharmacy or send out a new prescription with a different brand : Now my dr office is closed for the weekend & I’m in pain until Monday :( this pharmacy always lies about having prescriptions then it’s a different story when you go to pick it up

Very clean store and friendly staff! very fast service at the pharmacy when getting my medications. I would definitely tell others to shop at CVS Pharmacy!!

Avoid this store, not even one star should get.
Had my wallet stolen and with my lD and bank cards. There was a transaction at the pharmacy using my bank card. Avoid this place

If I had No Stars I Would Give This Place Just That.My Mother Is In The Fight of Her Life Having Just Had a Double Mastectomy Done 2 Days Ago & The Pharmacist on Duty on 5/24/24 around 8:45pm Would Not Allow Me to Get My Mother's Pain Medication That Was Prescribed to Her From The Same Hospital That My Mom had Just Left & She Also Filled 2 Other Prescriptions. She Said That The Script Looked Fradulent and Couldn't Get In Touch With The Prescribing Doctor. That Couldn't Have Been Further From The Truth Because I was Picking up 2 Prescriptions That Was Identical & Watermarked From The Hospital. It Also Only Took Me a Few Minutes To Call The After Hours Line For That Same Prescribing Doctor to Call Me Back within 10 minutesof me leaving a message!!! She Couldn't Have Tried at All To Verify the Validity Of My Mother's Prescription. I Would Have Given Her Any Form Of Identification For Myself and My Mother.She just said Try again Monday.Dont Get Me Wrong I Understand The Narcotic Epidemic but All it tool Was a Little More of YOUR JOB to Do.Today I Take That Same Prescription in Wal-Mart They asked Probing Questions,Verified The Validity Of The Prescription,Consulted Me on How To GIVE it To Her & She Has it And Is Resting.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CVS AT ALL...GO TO WALMART ACROSS THE STREET THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB‼️

Juan and his crew made sure to get my same day album printed that same day.
Every other CVS had printing issues or supply issues and weren't able to. But Juan and his location got it done. Total life saver. Someone give these people a raise.

Never shop at this CVS . Never have I been to a CVS that verbally abuses customers and insinuate that your attempting to shop lift. I ran into this CVS tonight just to grab a few feminine products unknowing of the experience that would take place. When I was done shopping around for my items I headed to self check only to be aggressively greeted by one of the CVS clerks working whose name was Renaldo . Renaldo didn't greet me or ask if I had found everything he immediately started grabbing my items and ask if that was everything AT SELF CHECKOUT. Renaldo has terrible people skills and I did make him aware that I didn't need any assistance at the self checkout kiosk. I assumed that he would be checking me out a traditional lane since he mentioned he could help me. Renaldo became very rude and made unpleasant remark to me when I assured him that I could handle my own transaction if it would take place at self checkout. Renaldo walked away and stated that I must not understand the gravity of customer service . Further insulting me , the incident escalated further and I ended up returning all of my items . I would never shop this location again. Please be aware .

This CVS is not too bad. I usually don't have to wait too long in the drive thru and the people working are pretty nice for the most part. It's far from perfect but this is actually one of the better CVS I've been to.
