CVS is a multi-billion company, so for God's sake, please upgrade your automated system. It's absolutely awful and not user friendly at all. One shouldn't get aggravated at a simple task such as refilling prescription. The pharmacy in the store is superb and deserves 5 stars, but the IVR is F-.
