Wish I could give this damn place a 0. I walked in this morning to pick up personal items (I am a CVS member), I reached in my pocket to check for my card and realized I didn’t have. While I was about to walk to my car to get my card this unprofessional lady with a blond side part told me “put it back I saw you” omg I was so embarrassed. This is not the way to treat customers and to directly accuse someone of something. Ps I’ve never had a need to steal from any establishment!!!!!!

False store hours on iOS maps!
Unable to fill out urgent Rx 😩
Had to wait until next day.
Manager “Al” has zero interest in correcting the store hours on Google.

As a provider, myself and my patients not being able to reach the pharmacy by phone is unacceptable. Typical corporate nickel and diming wherever possible. I have started recommending my patients use other pharmacy chains.

Can’t even call customer service because of the damn bot. I don’t wanna talk to a bot o wanna talk to a person. Otherwise I wouldn’t have called. Pharmacy isn’t even that busy and they can’t even take a phone call? Ridiculous

Just CVS pharmacy, the staffs are always friendly,
the store is clean, the bathroom is clean, not to mention the reward program, extra care, the imitators try, but they just can’t get it. Love you guys 🙏

This is serious people, register with extra care you will save a lot of money. I paid $5,. 75 for 2 packs of pull ups. It's really good! Try it!.

The worst pharmacy. You need to be careful coming here. They don't label pill bottles. When you call in to update the medication profile. It's not updated. The pharmacist does not help. This morning, I asked about medication and the difference of one month vs. three months supply. The male pharmacist was on today shift this morning. Literally did not help and just said, times it by three. Wtf. The pharmacist did not look happy there. Was not willing to help. CVS, if you continue to operate like this, please do not be surprised if a lawsuit comes your way. I would think on a business side it will be easier to have appropriate and competent staff. When your pharmacist decided to give my father his medication without a label. That is when I should have called BBB and CMS. I think that is exactly what I'm going to do. We are blindly trusting you with our health, and this is how yall are operating.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff r/t asking about where restroom is, they feel harassed being asked about it so much. Male pharmacy staff assisted me by paging manager to unlock restroom when female was unhelpful. When I thanked him his reply was "I did it even though I'm working".
The restroom. OMG. So filthy!

This whole not answering the phone and forcing people to leave a voicemail that they will never get a response to thing is ridiculous. Call to refill a prescription and because they don't answer the phone I have to drive over there just to ask them to refill it, all while having the pharmacy tech tell me one of my meds is a controlled substance so every time I will have to come over here and tell them but it's definitely not a controlled substance they just don't want to have to do their job.
