Older Cashier demeanor was rude and disrespectful . You get paid to give customers a nice shopping experience, do it with excellence or quit and get another job. If you’re use to speaking rudely to your children at home, im not your child. Swallow your insults. 12/21/24 I was at that store again this girl petite stature with gap teeth was rude, most times she have an attitude. was simply asking for gift receipts, but she wouldn’t let me finish begins to speak over me in a rude manner, I guest she’s learning from the older rude Jamaican woman’s in that store. All of a sudden, that police wanna be female Jamaican security guard, rush behind her asking her, if she’s okay. America is not the Caribbean where you can use your position to treat people anyhow. It can affect the reputation of the business. For the minimum wage y’all getting paid, just be humble.

Everybody needs to know that the restroom has been out of order for more than a year now and it is still closed. I told the manager that this situation is unbelievable . He did not care. This is the only store I've seen with that problem for over a year. This is USA not a 3rd workd country. When you enter the store you can the manager saying " welcome to dd, welcome to dd." They don't really care about costumer service when the costumer does not even have a restroom to use and has to go to Aldi supermarket next door.. It's been more than a year people,believe me. If any of you go there please support this review to see if they finally fix the restroom.

The service from the staff is terrible. Only one person attending to more than 20 people, and when I complained, they responded with a bad attitude.

The WORST customer service ever. First off, they have people at register moving slower than a damn turtle while the line is sooooooo long. A girl at register moving so slow and you could see on her face she didnt want to come work today. On top of that, a cashier called manager for change and the “manager came up and see the line, she’s on her phone, dragging her feet to get change while on phone giggling and moving so slow. She did not even open an extra line for customers and she called herself a manager. Only one cashier up front and she call herself a manager. People like those can ruin a business. A damn shame and I won’t go back. A Jamaican manager too, no class and no sense of quickness

The store was clean of course the prices was right but only 2 cashier's they were doing there best, I'm going back.

Cashier was wonderful excellent customer service ,the only thing us they lied about bathrooms been out of order I was so upset about that also is illegal to do that ,I they lied because another lady ask and they let her use it ,they were selected to whom they allowed used the bathroom it was other customer they ask and they were told to go to next door (aldis) because it was out of order ?
