What a great experience working with Sally at direct connect auto transport. A friend of mine referred the company and days later my car was being transported across country. It was delivered much earlier than I expected and in perfect condition for a great value. I would highly recommend this wonderful service, And I would readily use them again, any opportunity to move a car across country.

I wish that I could rate them higher, but I can’t. I booked them to bring a recent purchase from Las Vegas to Florida. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they had good reviews and the seller of the car purchased said he’d used them once before and had a decent experience.
The car arrived a day later than anticipated, even though on delivery day at 2:30 in the afternoon it was less than 30 minutes away (had an AirTag in the car) on the back of the trailer in a semi-truck parking lot where it sat until the next morning. I was willing to meet the driver there and get it, especially since the next day’s forecast was for rain, but I never heard from the driver.
Marc, the “dispatcher,” was not great but okay about answering when I called during the week, but never answered on weekends even after the vehicle was picked up and in transit. And he NEVER responded to a message or text. If it weren’t for the AirTag, I’d never have known where the vehicle was during transit.
Plus, I wasted an entire day waiting on the original delivery day. Yes, I know it’s an estimated delivery day, but I was told it was still on schedule and never received an update or call back.
The driver the next morning when he was 20 minutes away. He didn’t bring it to the instructed spot (where ALL semis making deliveries go) and, instead, unloaded it in TORRENTIAL downpours in the middle turn lanes of a very busy four lane highway in front of a hospital (some people were honking because they couldn’t make their turns). The worst of it was the new paint job on the vehicle was COVERED in oil splatters because an old pickup loaded above it on the trailer was leaking oil. Thank goodness it wasn’t also leaking brake fluid. Finally, even though I provided the email to send my bill of lading to the driver, I never got it. And I’ve texted since asking for it, but never received it (yes, I checked spam).
Quite a disappointing experience.

Direct Connect Auto Transport was great through the entire process! Sally was kind, very personable, and made sure to ease my worries about how soon everything would get done. It was quick, easy, and cost efficient. I went through so many other companies before I came across this one and none of them compared to the level of communication, cost, and personal experience. My vehicle was picked up on July 8th and delivered July 9th. Of course your time may vary depending on where you are shipping, but overall it will get to where you need it to go when you need it to get there!

At first I thought this was a good and reliable company. I booked my car shipping from NY to CA sometime in December 2022, come March 2023, and after constant follow-up, they told me no driver due to weather conditions? Called another shipping company, and they picked it up in 72 hours.
Fun facts: I was told I there was bad weather, and before that, I changed my card upon my conversation with them.

This review is from my personal experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport. In December of 2020, I trusted the company to take my car from Maryland to Texas and even before I arrived in Texas, my car was waiting for me a day sooner. Safely and without any issues. I return 4 years later and the same team, recognizes my loyalty as a return customer and again handles my car with care. I think the affordable price and no hidden fees is what makes me trust them. I would 100% recommend your services and no matter where I move, I will continue to use the company. The beauty is that, I also get updates (with pictures), from the time my car is loaded to when it goes across the country.
Thank you all for making me happy and for never disappointing me everytime you handle my vehicles.

I have used Direct Connect to ship my car from Chicago to San Diego, and back, twice. I have had four smooth shipments.
Sally is always a pleasure to work with. The process is easy, and the rate has always been reasonable (relatively unchanged over the past two years).
We'll do it again next year.

Direct Auto Transport helped relocate 2 vehicles from Starkville, MS to Nashville, TN. The rates were reasonable and service from the driver, Jeremy, was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone needing the service.
