I thought friendly, capable and efficient customer service was a thing of the past but not at Eagle Shipping Center! Your employee Rhonda was such a dear and so helpful! I think I may have even made a friend today! Good work Eagle Shipping!

Not sure what her problem was , but the lady at the front desks was VERY unprofessional AND RUDE. I guess she doesn’t understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m glad it’s her last week because I would feel bad if anyone else had to deal with her UNPROFESSIONALISM! If this is the kind of people you hire who don’t give a crap about your customers… that says a lot about the business. I normally don’t write reviews but, this was a HORRIBLE experience that I believe others should hear about.

I don’t remember her name, but this Indian woman was very racist and rude. The overall experience was horrible definitely will not be coming back. Have better customer service.

The Indian lady at the front desk was rude. Horrible business, and she provided me with horrible customer service. She kept telling all the customers that this was her last week, I guess she didn’t care to provide any good service. I will never be coming back here again.

Ronda, a lovely North American woman, was diligently helping a couple from Spain when I entered. She made sure to look at me and greet me right away. When she finished with the couple from Spain, she rushed over to help me. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Ronda! I will definitely be returning.

I was visiting my family in Florida & wanted to ship a package to my Grandson in NY. Ronda was so helpful & kind to me. She made suggestions to save me money & helped get my package secured for shipping. It was so fast & easy to ship from there. I highly recommend them.

There was an Indian lady that was EXTREMELY rude and racist ! I would never come back here again! The amount of disrespect I had experienced from her was something I’ve never experienced before . That type of behavior is never acceptable!
