I had to use this company because someone had totaled my car. Nick arrived quickly and provided excellent and reliable service. They were absolutely professional and generous. He even gave me a ride to my destination instead of me having to uber to it. I highly recommend this company!

Recently had a accident in my Mercedes total loss I told police not to let emerald towing to take my car cause I had 300$ worth of tools in my trunk I have a footage of my car with tools inside the trunk and a couple boxes missing they ransacked my car and still plenty of things was missing I do not recommend this company to take ur vehicles from car accidents to car impounded this is a disgusting business including rude woman at the front desk not professional for way they acted

Great service, the gentleman that came to assist me in towing my car was very professional and cared about my car. Did not damage it and use the proper equipment to make sure. The price was fair, I wasn't stranded on the side of the road for hours, not. Your typical tow company was very professional. Laz, ty for towing my beast.

Let me start by saying I have no problem with following the guidelines but Cassandra the manager she’s horrible. I didn’t not know asking for something in black and white to get better understanding was so offensive especially when it’s your first time trying to retrieve your vehicle she’s very rude and her attitude matches exactly the way she looks . If you can’t show a little empathy in this profession then you’re in the wrong business it’s ppl literally paying these high rates they charge for no reason .

I called 8 companies, 8!!! I didn’t get one call back…
Called emerald, on the spot they gave me a price, at that point I didn’t give a shit, the whole time they were in communication.
Towing is defiantly one of those things you can’t cheap out on, for context it was Friday 4pm, I was in Miami NOBODY wanted to take me to pompano beach, emerald didn’t think twice.
Best towing in south Florida

i was in an accident 12/12 and FHP said they would have it towed from the scene. i was in severe pain and could barely move to manage to grab much of anything but my dads mass card and my daughters tablet. i saw my ray ban sunglasses in the case and i was just so shaken up and focused on getting me and my daughter off the turnpike and to safety that i just got preoccupied by the officer telling us to stay away from the side. so since the car is totaled i came yesterday to take everything out of my car of course come to find out my ray bans were GONE! pretty low life to take someone’s belongings after a car accident. not to mention the only reason i knew my car was at this location is because i have an air tag in it. i was originally told it was going to be in Davie. just a terrible experience followed by more terror. truly disgusted that people suck so bad.
