I made a reservation sometime in November to pick up a premium SUV on December 20th, and the day of the pick up I got a voicemail early morning saying no vehicles were available. If no one can confirm a reservation a month ahead, how can you trust the second time won’t be the same? I understand it’s the holidays and everyone’s busy. However can’t you make an accommodation to pick it up somewhere such as airports? The gentleman on the phone did say airports have plenty but I cannot accommodate this. If anything I can give you 2 regular cars instead. I’m not sure how this is acceptable rather than calling the airport to get one. I gave up on them and thank god Hertz had plenty of large size vehicles. They ended up matching the price and giving me the premium size car.

Do not go to this location all they wanna do is take money from you and your insurance company. Every time I needed a rental extension they charge my card and then they would charge my insurance company now I’m out over $1500 and my insurance company has already paid them and they refusing to send the money to myself or give it back saying thats against company policy and I need to speak to someone else, but they don’t know the number…by far the worst rental car experience of my life.. I even had to block them on my credit card because they would try to charge multiple times throughout the week for the payment that was coming from insurance.. I even gave the manager an approval code for the additional days Needed for my rental car and he never logged it and charged us both. on top of that they called and harassed me at 7:45 8 o’clock in the morning for weeks until it was satisfied even though they have the approval for the rental reimbursement.

Worse experience I have ever had. Don’t ever go to this Enterprise. . I called at 9 to see if the car was ready. Waited for a long time on the phone and was placed on hold. No one responded and they hang up. Called again! Wanted to call ahead to make sure I did not take an Uber, spent the money, and ended not having a car after all, which had happened in the past. I called ahead so I was not away from home away from my kids as sometimes it takes long to get anything. Finally decided to Uber to location at 10:30 and the assistant manager told us there was no cars for us and it might take 45 minutes. He also told us that it was our fault as we did not came in at 9 am. He said that he could not answer the phone as he was busy with 13 customers and there was only him in the location. We were not happy as we tried to call ahead to avoid this. No car! The manager was not helpful and I felt very uncomfortable with his tone of voice and condescending demeanor. From the start he put the blame on us. I tried to speak to him and he kept raising his voice and being disrespectful. Then, he told me that because I complained and demanded some answers he would. not get me a car at all. He refused to provide me with service. He said’. Now I will not even give you car at all”… I don’t know if I will at all. Disgusting customer service. Shame! You should be ashamed for treating people like that. I ended up leaving as he said he will not give me a car at all. I had to pay an Uber back to my home. I spent 25 dollars, wasted 1 hour of my day, and my morning was ruined. It has been 3 hours from the time I called customer service and no one has called. Thank you for ruining my stay.

Great Enterprise that was much quicker than other locations! Only took 5 minutes for picking up, and less for dropping it off!I highly recommend them with great staff who were very professional, extremely nice and looking to help by any means!

This was the best experience we have ever had with a car rental agency. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and Cedric helped us pick up the car at this location and return at the airport. If we are ever in Pompano again, we will rent from here.
