Firstly, I love how Enterprise works with Costco! I was able to seamlessly book a rental through Costco's own website, and I appreciate the rates that members have access to. That alone makes me want to come back to Enterprise. Secondly, the customer service and care I received were excellent. This was my first time personally renting a car, and it was a great experience; I will be definitely coming back and recommending this branch specifically (on Copans & Powerline). The staff there are very kind, accommodating, professional, friendly/approachable, etc. Jose Flores helped me and showed me my rental car, asking if I was satisfied with it. I'm not well versed in cars, so I thought it was fine, but I mentioned that I was going on a long distance trip to Atlanta, Georgia, and he expressed his concerns about the compact car I initially chose. He told me it was made for inner-city driving (rather than long distance) and per his recommendation, I changed to a better suited car for my trip :) What I loved and appreciated was that it didn't feel like I was being pushed to upgrade my rental. He expressed genuine concern for my safety/the logistics of my trip, which prompted me to ask for his opinion on upgrading. He also helped me when I returned the car, so it was nice to give my feedback to the person who initially set everything up for me. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. If you get to meet Jose, he'll definitely take care of you!!! :0) I believe Kia also helped me, and she was prompt, efficient, and professional! They think of the customer first, and I couldn't recommend more :)
The car itself was great!! I loved all the features like the back camera, adaptive cruise control, and the sensors that let you know if a car is next to you/in your blind spot. I have an old car, so I don't have any of that, and it made the trip so much easier

I would like to shout out the staff at the Copans location. Juan for taking care of all inquiries with patience and knowledge. You are the man! Kia for her understanding and assistance with all my needs. And Jose for his attention to detail. By far, it is the best location I have ever rented from and will definitely return.

Kia made the whole experience of renting a car seamless, she explained everything and made it simple while and I was there. When I was confused about something. I called and she took the time to explain the charges on my account to me with no frustration. I would 100% come back here to rent a car due to the service i received.

Kia the manager went the extra mile in providing me super service when it was close to closing time and an unexpected emergency came up leaving me without a car. And the same goes for the driver Jose. Both had professional and friendly service that deserves a raise. Thanks again, and will recommend Enterprise to everyone looking for an auto rental.

Juan was outstanding
He dealt with 4 people 3 of which were waiting, he kept talking to us briefly telling us that he was almost done and he will spend whatever time is necessary to help us and if he was under stress he hid it completely. Not one person walked out, he is a super star and one by one we all walked out happy!! Thank you Juan for exemplary service!!!

During the crazy hectic time of fixing my car, I've never experienced an more competent, trustworthy, and efficient enterprise then this one. And I seen the whole store ran by one person Jaun. Nothing but experience and great attention to detail is what I saw after walking in behind three people and leaving less than 45mins. Jaun was by himself as he greeted, thanked for patience,and handled multiple customers all with grace. Something it would have taken 6 people to do at other locations...trust me I have the experience with enterprise. Anywho come here Jaun is great, they have a lot of new nice cars , the cars are all sparkling clean and you'll be in and out in a jeffy🫧

Rented a vehicle at this location from 12/10 - 12/15
The car not so great, But my experience with Juan exceeded my expectations, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating.
