I had an excellent experience . Alec and Foster went above and beyond to make the process smooth and hassle-free. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Foster made sure I got a car that suited my needs perfectly, while Alec was fosters right hand man .The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go in no time. Brandon (new mgr) and his team offer the best customer service.
I drive from west Sunrise all the way over to Federal Highway in Pompano because Brandon treats me like my business actually matters to him.
I have been renting monthly since summer due to an out of town family emergency, and I actually followed Brandon from Coral Springs to Pompano in order to continue my hassle free rental experience.

Everyone was friendly & professional, but they definitely need to have a staff meeting to go over policies. Was told I could drop the car off at a different location with no charge, as long as it wasn't an airport...nope.
Was told the $300 deposit was a "hold"...nope. It was added to the rental fee & went through as a charge on my credit card. It was refunded 3 days after returning the car.

The manager Drew is very personable and professional. When I picked up my rental I was in and out in under 10minutes. Drop off was just as easy which was so convenient. I will definitely be coming back to this location as it’s very close to my home. I rented a Malibu and it was perfect for my long drive to Virginia.

What was referred to this location with my insurance company the insurance company gave me an additional three days credit and this location refused to give me the money back also they charge me a deposit of 250 without my knowledge they promised me over the phone with them or reimburse me with this credit and now that I look at my bank statement there is no credit they only predator receivers $30 I call corporate and also spoke to the branch manager and they do not want to help
